Very clean, contemporary vibe, friendly staff. Decent breakfast and coffee bar. Our room was great. Quiet, cozy beds, amenities plentiful. We stayed two nights and there was no refresh service between the two nights which was a little disappointing. Good accommodations for the price. We felt safe at all times coming and going.

The hotel clerk was above and beyond excellent with customer service. I was skeptical about the quality of a room and without hesitation she took me to see a room. Room 103 was the room she showed me and it’s were I rested for the night. Super clean and comfortable! Definitely would return in the future.

We picked this place because of its safe location. All other reviews were great and almost everything else was fine except we were moving across 4 states and had all our belongings packed in 2 trailers with us. We woke up and found one of our trailers had been stolen off our truck in the middle of the night. Working with police to get it back but feel very violated this happened and were informed that there are several others this has happened to in this area. Please be aware of your surroundings. This happened the early morning of Oct 22 . Picture of trailer attached.

Hello C1271RYlizd, We cannot begin to imagine how you must have felt when this happened as we take our guests safety and comfort very seriously and we agree that this was a violation of your personal safety and comfort. With that said, we've taken preventative measures to discourage unrest on our property with security cameras, more than adequate lighting, as well as other safety measures. Our training of our staff to be observant and to keep everyone safe is treated as paramount. This is a beautiful hotel - clean- large room- we had the king bed with a sofa-bed - both were comfortable - nice size shower- the gentleman checking us in was very friendly-professional and helpful- what I don’t understand is why this hotel chooses to play loud music all night?? It’s very disturbing. I am a light sleeper and I found it to be very disruptive. We had a room in the 2nd floor. I’m sorry I couldn’t give a 5star rating due to the music.

Great price compared to the other hotels in the area. Very Clean from the parking lot to elevators, lobby to my room was very Clean and guest observed the Social distance rules Nice wonderful staff very help full and professional. But... I was a little nervous watching people cleaning rifles in the lobby.......

Just stopped overnight and we were very pleased. Large comfortable room, amazingly comfortable bed, and a complete complimentary breakfast served by the staff. We make this trip every couple of years and this is the hotel we will be coming back to.

While driving through, we had to stop for a couple hours to sleep. Upon checking, the employee assisting us was indirect. The employee was unprofessional, but gave us the key. As we enter the room we noticed things on the floor and realized the room was occupied. We go back to the front desk and relay the information the the employee. Again, very unprofessional and even stated us to calm down multiple times when voices were not raised once. Truly, just wanted a room to sleep. He walked us up to another room and there were multiple trash bags outside doors. He was vary cautious when opening the door, and again took us to a room with this time actual people sleeping in the bed. The employee made us feel so uncomfortable we had to leave. 0/5 stars. Truly scary.

Stayed here for one night on our way to Orlando, the staffs are friendly, room is very clean and spacious for two. I like the idea of how they handle the breakfast. The problems I found are minor, one is they provide full bottle size toiletries, but only shower gel is available for use. Both of the shampoo and conditioner are stuck and unable to release for some reason. Also, the water pressure is weak. The best thing I like about them is they turned off the A/C when I come in the room. Some people might found it too cold or too hot, but giving the fact that global warming is true, I appreciate the action.
