if you want ' fancy' or ' new ' -don't stay. if you want to feel welcome, wanted, appreciated, and are okay with plain, older, ( clean ) rooms, then this is the place. you can pay a lot more, and not get much better in Port Angeles. Its an older, tired town. We selected this motel, based entirely on... More

Knowing what you'll receive before you arrive prevents disappointments. What you'll receive when you arrive at this motel is a safe, secure, clean economy accommodation where the basics are covered: no smells, comfortable bed, shower & tub, microwave, television, alarm clock, writing table, a/c and heat. Hair dryers are kept in the office due to theft. There is coffee and... More

The Royal Victorian Motel is a bright spot in the middle of the city with its sunny yellow siding, green shutters, and many window boxes and pots of beautiful flowers. For tourists on a budget this was the best choice in Port Angeles. There were 9 of us, and the motel accomodated us with no problems. The rooms were spacious... More

When you pull up, you may be unsure of how your stay will go, but don't! You can be absolutely, 100% certain that you are in very good hands! My boyfriend and I stayed at the Royal Victorian this winter and were so impressed by how personable, kind, thoughtful, and caring the owners were! The rooms are clean and comfortable.... More

We had a really great experience at this hotel. It could not have been more centrally located. The room was VERY clean and neat. It was big enough for 5 with the roll away. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was HUGE! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the proximity to the services we needed was excellent.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in August 2013. KC will do what is needed to make your stay a great one. Even were invited to 2 barbeques they held. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. We had no issues with the room. The hotel was within walking distance of the ferry, so it is easy to... More

Located in the seaport town of Port Angeles near the Cornerstone restaurant, Black Ball Ferry to Victoria BC, nice clean rooms, very powerful shower with tub, good lighting, quality mattress and no wifi. My wife and I stayed two nights and the owner KC is very kind and helpful. We will stay again when we make a return visit.

This was a fun little hotel because of the service we received. The room was clean and comfortable. I do like that they don't allow smoking so the rooms smelled fine. We rented two rooms next to each other since we had our family with us and it turned out nice. The owner, KC, took great care to make sure... More

The room is tiny & musty & needs maintenance. The furnishings and drapes are ancient. Yet we were charged including tax nearly $90.00. There was no smoke alarm. Our first choice was the Sportsman Motel but from the exterior we decided on this. Bad choice. The Sportsman is $20 cheaper.

My friends and I spent the past weekend in Olympic NP and Royal Victorian is the place we stayed the night. We had one king bed and one double queen bed. The rooms are clean and quite, not luxury for sure, but that's what you can get from a motel. We didn't really have chance to use the utilities in... More
