I had to stay at the Ramada Salt Lake City during my recent visit for a trade show. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Doug, the shuttle driver was an amazing ambassador to the city, since it was my first visit there. He made sure to make himself available to drive me to local restaurants and or just to... More

I needed some extra towels (a few times) and lots of extra hair conditioner, and each time the desk staff was really pleasant, helpful, and efficient. Since one expects all hotel rooms to be clean and comfy (an this one indeed was), the difference is the attitude of the staff. The staff here raised the quality of the stay. And... More

The room was quiet and clean but the carpet need cleaning and repaired. Air conditioning would work most of the time but we had to play with it. Over all it was comfortable for the price.

I'll admit that its been almost 4 years since I've stayed in a Ramada but, I distinctly remember them being a high-end and very clean hotel chain. My memories and expectations were quickly shattered during my family's recent stay. We booked a suite for the extra space and the jet tub and a handicap accessible room for our disabled father... Customer service could be better. Always seemed preoccupied and didn't welcome me. I felt more like a burden checking in. Cops banged on door of room next to me for 2 hours in the middle of the night. My key card shut off at 10 while I was loading my vechicle and couldn't get back in. I had to go... More

The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding was top notch. The room we first checked into had the tv stop working within an hour after arrival, so we were switched to a different room across the hall. This room had a small coffee maker which I found out in the morning did not work at all. When I went... More

Was able to secure a room for an overnight stay when too tired to keep driving on a road trip. Stayed in a suite with a whirlpool tub. I immediately noticed on entering the room that part of the formica on the kitchen counters was broken and missing. General feel of the room and furnishings was old and worn out:... More

Property was OK however the staff were wonderful, friendly and attentive. Lori at the front desk and James one of the shuttle drivers made our 5 days very pleasant.

I am currently on a 40 city book tour and travel at times is challenging. I have stayed here before, and the joy of a corporation retaining their employees is a nice sign that something is going right. I want to speak fondly of Lori and Hurman. These two employees, as also Travis, really stand out. They sparkle with joy,... More
