This is an older facility that is showing some of its age. The hot water is slow in arriving. When I tried to speed the process up, I turned the handle in the bath to the hottest setting. Unfortunately that goes to cold at that point. It took me two nights to figure that one out. The alarm clocks have...

I stayed at the Plaza Hotel for the past week while doing geneology research at the Family History Library. This hotel isn't fancy, but it is clean, friendly and cozy. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the staff is wonderful. They went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. The location can't be beat! Temple Square is...

Good decent hotel. It's not fancy or super updated but that's ok for the price (easy on the wallet) I can tolerate the older furniture. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Staff was super friendly. I will definitely come back here again.

Don't get me wrong, this hotel isn't 5 star by any means, but you get what you pay for. Convenient location near temple square and the City Creek shopping mall, it's tidy and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Very convenient for skiers, with most resorts a 30 minute uber ride away and there is a TRAX stop right...

We were driving from Arizona to yellow stone and stopped in Utah and stayed at the plaza since it was close to the mall. It was a fast trip and we didn't do much except check in,eat at Cheesecake Factory at the mall, quickly walk around the temple before sleeping, and then heading out the next day. For our purposes...

The bed was advertised as a queen, but realistically a full size bed. The room was tiny. The parking garage did not fit trucks or larger vehicles. The sign to the parking garage promoted one height but was lower than the advertised height. Charged for parking even though we could not get are vehicle in ... Manager would not return...

I called at noon on Christmas Eve (today) because my husband was waiting at the Greyhound bus terminal for a bus that was not leaving until 11:00 p.m. tonight. He had worked all night and was tired and needed a safe place to sleep. The staff at Salt Lake Plaza were wonderful - they sent their shuttle to pick him...

This Hotel is right next door to the Temple Garden, one of the highlights for the visitor to Salt Lake City. The absence of a public bar is offset by very friendly staff, spacious rooms and access to the free zone of the city light rail system which stops literally outside the door. The hotel also offers a free shuttle...

This hotel has been around a long time and it might welcome some more updating. During winter time the indoor hot tub and pool are very nice for keeping warm after a long drive back from the ski resorts outside of town. Rooms and service are just fine.
