My biggest concern was that our room Key stopped working halfway through the day. When i went down to get it fixed they didn't ask for my identification..they just gave me a new room Key. Very unsafe. They didn't supply us with enough towels. When i asked for more they never brought them. Also they lost my reservation. Television was...

Worst business operation. Charged my mother cash didn't receipt it then charged her a $100 deposit which she was not aware of and the room fee to her card the next day. when confronted about it the Front desk clerk "Sheshi" said he never took cash from her even though there were witnesses and he changed his story twice. Way...

The following review is based on a stay that happened during Salt Lake City Comic Con: This place is under extreme renovation, which I was unaware of when I booked. On the second morning of my stay (on the third floor) I encountered a sign saying that the elevator was out of service. That turned out to be a lie...

This was the worse motel we stayed in during a nine day, eight night road trip that we took. The room itself was ok except the bathtub. The common areas were terrible. The room had a small frig, but the microwave was in the hall on a short chair as you came off the elevator. Deodorizers hung up & down...

We only stayed one night thank goodness and if we hadn't been so tired we would've left! The fumes in the lobby made my eyes water. They were remodeling thank goodness but our room wasn't one that had been.... The plugs didn't work the mattress was super hard. There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom! The floor...

If any of you go to salt lake be sure to never stay at the Roadway Inn. I've stayed in a lot of hotels for business and pleasure and have never been treated so poorly. The front desk clerk was an absolute disrespectful. He hassled me to re activate our room key that they deactivated every night we stayed. Asked...

It's not bad..but. not what they advertise. My opinion, pay a bit more get better. The bathroom is nice, bed head is old and creepy. Furniture is dated. Parking lot is full always and they are under construction

This is an older property but our room was clean, carpet brand new, the beds were good, and the location is close to everything. However, "close to everything" means in a rather marginal neighborhood. I would not venture out walking at night. That said, within two blocks in all directions were many pricier hotels, so I guess that just goes...

Stayed here doing a business trip. Very low end hotel whose rates are high relative to the quality of the hotel. Dirty, run down and decrepit. Vending machine was broken, cigarette burns in a non-smoking room, terrible breakfast. But staff was courteous, free wi-fi and good location. I'd say only stay here if in dire need.

This hotel has obviously set itself up to serve cheap Asian tours. There was a Chinese language Book of Mormon in the room cabinet, extremely firm beds, and only one hand towel. Same as in Shanghai Chinese tour hotels but not, repeat not, a welcome thing in the USA. The room was fairly clean but there was dirt packed into...
