Thank you Steve and Kara for another great stay! We really enjoyed it. Everything was perfect and you make things so comfortable and cozy. The living room of the "Boarding House" is such a warm sunny spot in the morning, my favorite for my first cup of coffee. See you next year when we visit!

A great treat! One of the best B&B's we have stayed in. We will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Albuquerque. The Innkeepers, Steve and Kara, were very helpful and made us feel very much at home. Breakfast was a gourmet delight. We stayed in the 'Spy House' named for where one of the spy's lived that...

Went to the annual balloon festival in Albuquerque. Chose this B&B because it was located near Old Town Albuquerque, the airport and the balloon festival park. The B&B was neat, clean and quiet. A good value for those visiting the area.

My wife and I came to ABQ for the Balloon Fiesta and had an incredibly comfortable stay at the B&B! We stayed in the Spy House - the bed was comfy, the room was clean, the bathroom well appointed, the breakfast was delish, and the COFFEE!! Holy cow the coffee was amazing! So we wanted a unique lodging experience in Albuquerque. (finally been able to spell the name of this city without spell check hahaha) And I found the Historic Downtown B&B. It has a really interesting back story. And they have a pretty animated couple - Steve & Kara, the owners to help you connect with the property and the surrounding...

We stayed 4 nights at the "Spy House". It's a great location, close to many attractions in the area. The hosts and owners Kara & Steve make every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Especially the daily breakfast is great with changing hot dishes. Kara's Burritos, that are available throughout the day are delicious. Both of them...

I was in town for a conference at UNM that coincided with the beginning of the Balloon Fiesta and more importantly, my 25th wedding anniversary. To help celebrate the latter, Cara arranged for a wonderful bouquet of roses, locally baked chocolates and a chilled bottle of champagne. This, along with the privacy of the Cabinet House, was a perfect start...

We booked 2 houses for our family reunion. Kara, Steve and Cara were so helpful in getting the dates, rooms and details arranged. Even though I had read the information I was still surprised and delighted with the accommodations. The delicious breakfasts are not to be missed and the fresh baked cookies a delight.
