My wife and I visited Albuquerque for the first time the week of of April 3. We were booked in a Bed and Breakfast in Old Town, but delayed our arrival due to snow. I "randomly" picked this Holiday Inn Express for our las night, because the B&B was not available. What a pleasant surprise ! The room was large...

Large suite room. The staff is extremely friendly. Starbucks is next door but plenty of restaurants nearby. We drove to Old Town which is little over a mile away from the hotel. Save yourself the stress and drive! Suite had a microwave and fridge in it. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

Thank you so much for the kind review, I'm glad you enjoyed the room, and the pool and hot tub. I agree the Old Town Plaza is better to drive to than walking, but both are an option.

Stopped here on our long journey, we got the handicap room, ( brother old and tired) and it was a beautiful room and the price was reasonable. It had a pool, gym, breakfast, and the staff was so friendly. The room was over the top luxurious.

On a 2-week driving trip, we stayed here for 3 nights in a King Executive Room. The room was spacious and well organized and the staff friendly and welcoming. We were originally assigned a room with 2 Queens but they quickly corrected the problem and assigned us the correct type of room. The daily included breakfast was well appointed and...

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I'm glad we were able to get you in the room type you wanted. I'm also glad that you enjoyed our Express Start breakfast. It is true the Old Town plaza is about 2 miles from us, which is not a far drive, but is a bit far for...

We make it a point to stay in this hotel when traveling through Albuquerque. The rooms are great, the front desk provides excellent service, and the people manning the breakfast area work hard to keep this busy area well supplied. Top notch!

Stayed here for a mini-family reunion and it was just perfect. Hot breakfast is outstanding and staff is efficient and friendly. The indoor pool and hot tub were added bonuses. The rooms are spacious with microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. Towels are thick and hot water plentiful. Some of our family were in a suite that was also clean...

We stayed at this hotel since they accept dogs. We travel with our poodle to California as flying is not always possible. Friendly helpful staff and a clean facility. We stay here on the trip to CA and also when returning East.

First, I would like to apologize that you were awaken due to the miss-communication about our credit card policies. It looks like this reservation was made through our central reservations office, and they failed to communicate to you that due to data security policies we cannot charge a card that is not present at the hotel without receiving an authorization...

We stayed here twice during a family road trip through New Mexico. The front desk was so welcoming, and they acted like they were actually glad to have us there! We were upgraded to a suite, which was perfect for us and so appreciated. The continental breakfast saved time and money, and the lady in there brought our kids a...

My family stayed (tried) here in January. After a long week of travelling all around New Mexico we were looking forward to staying in a nice hotel. Well, it didn't happen that way. When we showed up the gentlemen at the front desk wasn't the nicest. Then when I came in with my family and all our stuff, travelling with...

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience at our property, the city was doing work on the water lines near the hotel so a lot of sediment ended up coming into our hotel. I remember we did get you a room at the La Quinta which is on another block in the cities water system. However your card should...
