Value Place is designed for folks on a budget who need to stay somewhere for a week or more. This one is clean and well run. The door security is better than on most motels. The bathroom is better than a motel 6. The heat/air conditioning works well. The kitchen appliances are more than adequate. This is my third stay...

The people at value place are so kind and courteous. The manager Jeniffer and her assistant Angie are two of the most proffesional and patient people I have ever met. I only wish we would have found them and the wonderful rooms at value place first, they make you never want to leave

I pulled in here one night just to spend the night. Security outside is lacking, lighting is very minimal, and there is steady flow of vagrant traffic. Quickly decided my car would be safer to sleep in. Strongly suggest seeking someplace north of town, off the freeway or one of the casinos for a more secure location.

Hi, Chris. We are sorry to hear you felt unsafe. We have plenty of lighting, round-the-clock staff, and don't allow vagrants on/around our grounds. We try to ensure all guests are completely safe at all times. We will work with the staff to review our policies and ensure we're doing all we can to welcome guests to our neighborhood.

The weekly base price isn't bad - you get a smallish room with a double bed and smallish dresser with a television mounted on it, a 3'x2' worktable, a nightstand, and 2 standard stacking chairs. The kitchenette has a full-size sink and refrigerator, a microwave, and a countertop range with 2 burners, with moderate cupboard space. The bath is small...

Hi, Daniel. We appreciate the detailed review of your experience. We are an extended stay, economy hotel so we do put price and great value ahead of some of the things you might expect in a traditional/full-service/more expensive hotel. We are glad the staff helped make the stay more comfortable and would welcome you back next time you're in town.

I stayed at this establishment before and I have noticed that there is a change with management. I have gotten to known the manager, Robert and this time I encountered with a gentlemen by the name of David and he did not offer the level of customer service to me. I felt that my stay there was completely uncomfortable, especially...

Never again! The hotel look nice on the pictures, everything looks good until you have the opportunity to check it out. Where should I start ? I'm going to start with the big sign out front, it says $199.00 a week but in reality you end up paying over $300.00 cuz nothing is included at all, I mean phone calls,...

Hi, Robert. We're sorry to hear you felt duped by our photos. They are of the hotel and we look exactly the same on the inside. Our posted rates (which are based on the lowest-available rate at the time) do not include, to your point, taxes and fees or other costs like extra adults, internet (at our Value Place hotels),...

I came to Value Place in a time of transition for myself and my family. I called on short notice, made a reservation and moved my belongings and my family in the next afternoon. The best way to describe this hotel is no frills. That doesn't mean it wasn't good! We enjoyed this hotel for a week, and it wasn't expensive. We were a couple guys in New Mexico to crew for a hot air ballon during festival week. We didn't need all the fancy features of most of the hotels, so we stayed...

The hotels was nice. I just did not like all the extra fees that was added that was not on my confirmation. I was not happy and I did show the person at the desk what I had. Overall, The room was nice.
