Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Albuquerque. I stayed two nights. Room was clean and well-appointed. it had a single cup coffee maker with Starbucks coffee. Did not use the TV but it looked fairly modern. WiFi was free in the room. Only ding on the room was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Fitness...

I upgraded to a jr suite. Dingy. Worn. Cracked sink. Shower control did not blend hot and cold. Scalding. Sink had no cold water. Only hot and warm. No bottled water except costly. No mini bar. Cheap toiletries. Ugh. For the "best" room category available in the hotel, this junior suite was down at heel and cheaply appointed. Very disappointing.

Wished this hotel had a concierge level most high end Hyatt Regencys do and this one did not next time I will check before booking my stay. It did not have this information on their web site. Overall a pleasant stay

For a Hyatt Regency next to a Convention Center, this was not what we expected. PUBLIC rooms, lobby, etc were very nice. Concierge lady was VERY VERY helpful on nearby restaurants. Loved her recommendation for LUSH about 4 blocks on Tijeras away from Convention Center. HOWEVER, actual guest room was old, dated, chair in room had visible stains AND dust....

I stayed for 3 nights while in the city for a conference. The hotel is just fine, although naturally fairly expensive because of its proximity to the conference center. In the lobby, there is a nice gift shop, access to Keva Juice and Starbucks, as well as a bar, and full southwestern themed restaurant. The rooms are adequate, although they...

Convenient location (across the street) from the convention center. Within 1/2 mile or so of excellent restaurants but not sure I would walk to them in the dark. Hotel restaurant Forque is good, friendly and efficient staff, fast service. Pool was closed which was a disappointment but the gym looked brand new and all the equipment was clean and in...

Overall the stay was great. The room was nice and clean. Their set up and service for the conference was outstanding. I didn't think the staff was particularly friendly or helpful and I was very frustrated that the advertised food options were closed (regularly) without that being noted.

Bed was comfortable and room both clean and quiet, which matter most to me. A good array of fitness equipment in their fitness center. My conference was in the hotel--but better eating options are a few miles down the road in Nob Hill.
