Stayed for 2 days. If you talk in the hallway or in the room next to you, you can hear them. It seemed that the hotel was running short staff. The valet guy was also the bell men. The room was big and ok. The bathroom was a great size. The lobby area has a Starbucks Coffee Shop, juice shop...

So, I stayed in this hotel for a company sponsored event. I've stayed in numerous hotels throughout my life, and this has to be the worst. I'd rather stay at a Motel 6, everyday of my life than this one ever again. First of all, who charges for internet access? This is incredibly stupid, considering most of all four star...

Very disappointed in condition of the room. It seemed very dated. Furniture was all marked up and scratched. I mentioned it was my new husband and I honeymoon I thought they might have given us a better room.

Thank you for staying with us at The Hyatt Regency Albuquerque. Our Hyatt staff is disappointed if our guest's stay is anything less than the excellent one we all want it to be. Just spent the weekend in Albuquerque at the Hyatt Regency - great hotel & the most comfortable beds we've experienced! Front desk staff was helpful and assisted us with a late checkout. Spacious room with spectacular view of the city and mountains. Easy walking to local sights & Central Ave restaurants.

The staff really did great with this stay. We had an experience prior that they made up for. That was what helped me decide to try them again. It was our anniversary and they helped make it a great time. Thank you

I was there for a conference. The hotel is nice. However, the room was cramped in size. There is nothing to do downtown. Had to go far out to experience the culture of the city. Cleaning staff did not speak much English. In-house restaurant was over priced. They did comp my parking, so I am happy about that.
