Excellent hotel and staff; the hotel has been remodeled and the rooms were light, modern and bathroom fixtures high quality (excellent shower; glass topped vanity). Comfy chairs and plenty of space in the corner rooms. Extravagant lounge area with lots of sofas and alcoves for pre-dinner drinks and appetizers. Excellent wine selection in the wine bar and the restaurant and...

Nice hotel. We arrived at night and the signage was tough to see so we did a few laps around the block. Not much for parking when you pull up but they have access to a self park and valet. Valet just wasn't there when we arrived. No door man or bellman Rooms were clean and had a suite. Blinds...

This is a lovely hotel inside, with great attention to detail. We had a lovely clean spacious room too. The valet told us there were not any tours of the city! So we had to google it (there were no leaflets on tours either in the reception) We found a fabulous Tour company, thankfully, on line, and booked it ourselves....

Don't make the mistake of valet parking at this hotel. They damaged my car, promised to check the video tape, never did, never followed up, finally spoke to the manager after weeks of trying. He promised to send me the $50 remaining from the unpaid part of my insurance and a couple of free nights. He never did. Very sweet...

PROS: This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. We are here on business at the convention center, which is a 2-3 minute walk. That is a great plus to the hotel for our purposes. It has great restaurants downstairs that locals come to for dinner with a really cool lobby. The staff has always been very...

We rented two rooms for a family celebration. We arrived at 4:30 p.m. and were told that BOTH rooms were unavailable and offered us a "larger" room, but with a pull out couch instead of a bed. That should have been our first uh-oh moment. We think what made it worse was the lobby staff seemed very unapologetic about it...

We stayed at Hotel Andaluz for 1 night during our honeymoon roadtrip. The hotel is beautiful and from the minute we walked in we were treated like royalty. They found out it was our honeymoon and surprised us with free parking and had a bottle of champagne and chocolate dipped stawberries waiting in our room when we returned that night....

Stayed for a night to have a wedding ceremony for my father-in-law and the only good things about our stay was when we weren't relying on the hotels service. The room service took several hours and two requests to the managers to tend the rooms, the valets took 20 minutes to even see us plus the 15 minutes it took...

Have grown tired of the same old chains, so I booked Hotel Andaluz for a recent trip to Albuquerque, and am glad I did. Staff was fantastic and courteous, the lobby was fun and inviting, and the room very comfortable, with great bath products. Highly recommend this for business and leisure travelers alike.

Hotel Andaluz is a beautiful and one of a kind hotel located conveniently in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The rooms are gorgeous, very comfortable, and tastefully furnished. As a former flight attendant, I've stayed in many nice hotels across the US, and Hotel Andaluz ranks in the top ten. My husband and I enjoyed an amazing two short days...
