Not far from the city center, a great little find. The one little elevator is centrally located, which can be an issue to some. But, the stairs are at ends of buildings. There we're several place to eat very close by. A nice little find. It met my needs.

Unimaginably awful mess. Detainees loud, rude. Did not sleep. Could not get into breakfast area. This was not a hotel; it was a detention facility for border-detained aliens. I cannot overstate the horrible conditions at this facility.
