Nice clean hotel. The beds are double. The staff at the counter was not so friendly. Housekeeping was friendly. My who is 12. Took his blue light to see how dirty the room was. He found 1 stain at the foot of the bed. Other than that he found nothing. Close to Old Town and museums. Rate was comparable. Everything...

Stayed here for a business meeting. Enjoyed the common areas and character of the property. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean. Catering was good to fair. Drink lots of water! Its DRY and the altitude is HIGH!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during a Tango festival. The Southwestern decor of the rooms doesn't look like every other hotel room and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room air conditioners ran quietly! There were Halloween arrangements in the lobby (I think part of a contest), which were fun.

Recently stayed here while in town for a business meeting and was impressed with the interior, especially as the exterior isn't all that impressive. The guest lobby/check-in area is beautiful and airy and staff were super quick to check in me and get me on my way to my room after a very long day of travel. I felt the...

Good location in the Historical District. Enjoyed visiting the shops, restaurants and the beautiful church. The restaurant at the hotel is nice and the prices are good. We arrived to the hotel after 6:30 p.m. and was happy to experience a great evening at the restaurant. Our waiter, Noble, made us feel special and gave us great service.

Our room was very comfortable. We skipped maid service on two of the days here, but we wanted it one day when they never came. We had to chase down maid service for some extra towels on that day. When the maids came they were not good at replenishing the towels or the complimentary toiletries. That seemed odd to us....

Imagine a huge chain hotel in a great location with great people, now imagine it's not a chain. Love this place. It's well decorated, spacious, has space for events, and don't bother going out to eat when the restaurant downstairs is FANTASTIC. The service is excellent, the people are great, the rooms are HUGE, and the customer service is second...

History, elegance and a very good staff make this the place to stay in Old Albuquerque. The room and service were excellent. Close proximity to shops and Old Town. Beautiful outdoor gardens and a nice bar for drinks and dinner. Excellent value.

We spent one night at the Hotel Albuquerque. The twin room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the pool was closed during the winter season. The free parking downstairs is convenient.

The Hotel Albuquerque provided a great setting for our adventures in the area. Its central location was perfect with its close proximity to Old Town and its ease to connecting with the interstate. The reception was warm and welcoming at the front desk. Charlotte was so friendly and sincere in her introduction to the hotel and its features. Our spacious...
