Booked a king size room, got a double smelly room instead. Lady at checkin was a snot nose kid with zero personality and not friendly whatsoever. Found other staff roaming the halls to be polite and helpful. Those people including the maintenance man (who was very nice and went out of his way to help) should be promoted and the...

This is the second time my wife and I had dinner at this beautiful hotel. The exterior des not reflect the graceful interior layout and interior design nor the surprise in the dining room. Two visits different times of the year and each dinner was amazingly good. Great value. Seasoned perfectly. Great margaritas too. We are so glad we came....

I live in Albuquerque, but was invited to an event here. Rooms are nice with enough space. Clean rooms and lobby. They have large conference rooms for events. There is an in house bar/club that is home to travelers and locals alike. Rates are good for location. Near restaurant and shops. Overall very nice.

From the minute I arrived at the hotel I was greeted with a smile from every staff I came in contact with. The desk room was perfect for my stay. We visited the Qbar for a Birthday party and I have never been more impressed with staff and absolutely no waiting in line for drinks even at the bars busiest...

You can tell a lot about a hotel by it's General Manager. The sole, the attitude, cleanliness, customer service and vibe. That is why after reading about Adrian Montoya, the young and highly polished General Manager of the Hotel Albuquerque in the local paper, I was so excited to return to a property I already loved. On my recent trip...

Beautiful hotel! Grand lobby with tasteful Southwestern decor and original artwork everywhere in public spaces, very friendly and helpful people, good restaurant. Our room (as almost all rooms in that hotel) had smartly designed L-shaped window that made a nice view and an illusion of a corner room.

We love this hotel and have returned many times. it's always a pleasure to walk into the beautiful lobby and be greeted with warmth and professionalism by the excellent staff. What sets Hotel Albuquerque apart from other hotels in the city are the beautiful grounds, lovely outdoor dining area and the interior design, which lend it a warm, relaxing New...

This was the third of four stops on our move from Michigan to Arizona, and by far our favorite hotel we stayed in. The view from our room was incredible, with a view of the city and the mountains in the back. The lobby is beautiful, and our room had a really quaint but clean feel to it. We also...

We had a great time! The view from our room was breathtaking. Garduño's is in the hotel and the service and food was amazing! The flamenco show was awesome and salsa lessons were also in the bar. We'll definitely be back.....soon.
