This Hotel is unsafe. I have talked to several members of the local Police Department and they agree. Do not stay here. Cars in the parking lot are constantly broken into and the security is horrible. The customer service is horrendous you will lose your money.

the staff are wonderful and it gives you a real feel for the history and beauty of the Old Town area! Very convenient to Museums, great restaurants, and shops of Old Town! And loved the Flamico evening!
