Clean comfortable rooms, helpful staff, Great Coffee. Nice pool and hot tub. A unique hotel at a value price. The Presidential Suite is a nice large room, but the window view is traffic view. I prefer ed pool and mountain view from room 210. Walking distance to Urgent Care. A short drive to Sadia Peak Tram and Sandia Casino and...

Look, I can't figure out why this place is such a steal. It's clean, has great decor and has a great chili cheese burger to boot. The amenities, including a pool and gym aren't very big but they are really nice! If you aren't lucky enough to book an artist room, get the mountain view room, it's spectacular, and romantic...

I found Nativo to be conviently located to Starbucks and Taco Cabana, very wonderful. I felt very safe and comfortable at the hotel, which is very important to me. Also, found the staff to be extremely easy to converse with. I, especially enjoyed Jaymar who was working the breakfast. Very nice guy. I will be back.

The service at the hotel started as a "What"? at check-in that took over 30 minutes to being placed in a room which was not the room I booked. I booked a junior suite that was to include refrigerator, microwave and city lights. There was no frig, no microwave and too much noise from I-25! I called the front desk...

They said they are green, I don' t under stand green with not doing the room. When they told me I assumed that not changing the towels or sheets that its green, recycled!!! But not cleaning the room its dirty not green. They don't want to pay personal to do the rooms, and for that the price it's expensive.

Location for me was good and Starbucks is right next door, but they accept dogs and the carpet in the room on the 5th floor looked as if it was old and needed to be stretched back out. Friendly staff. Sheets on the bed were very thin and kept coming off the bed.

stayed two nights. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and provided good suggestions for things that I could do. Hotel is very easy to find and around several great restaurants. I will be staying again.

The room was of average comfort, nothing spectacular. The fixtures throughout looked as if they had found this and that on sale and hung them on the walls. The carpet was stained and turned my white socks black. The patio glass door did not seal and I heard the highway traffic ALL night long, not a good night for sleep....

This was a nice hotel, but difficult to rate. I arrived late evening prior to the Balloon Fiesta, so it was busy. After lots of panicking due to my drivers license being missing on Fri, they found it Sunday morning under the register. The girl never left a note for the other co-workers and they initially swore they didn't have...
