it was an amazing hotel. The check in process was very simplistic and I loved all my Diamond member treats. The elevators were super fast between floors. I was on the 14th floor in a corner room. the view of the downtown was spectacular. I am used to long room and the corner rooms were square with the bathroom in...

This was my first time to stay here for business downtown. I usually stay at the Hyatt but Doubletree was less expensive this go around. The bathroom toilet was dirty and the last person's used soap was in the shower. The a/c was very noisy so I turned it off in order to sleep. It never worked again. There was...

I gave it two stars because the person at the reception desk was very polite and the person at breakfast was also very polite. Maintenance is an issue at this location. The bath curtains smelled of mildew, the windows, even though they were "sealed", had that "wind blowing noise" coming through and the lamp's shade was ripped in one of...

After 4 days business travels, I was so impressed with the 5-star customer service, particularly by team Josh and Jaimie at the lobby bar where I had dinner and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I really enjoyed my stay in the newly renovated rooms at the DoubleTree. The hotel has grrat views especially from the higher floors. I was so impressed by the EXCELLENT service that Tianna gave when checking in. She did her research and knew about me and all special requests I made prior to my arrival. This is the kind of...

Waited 20 minutes for shuttle to pick me up from train station before finally calling a cab. Rooms are small for the price. Breakfast is way overpriced. Your better off finding a restaurant close by. Coming here was as big of a mistake as my first husband. A horrible environment with rude workers. I witnessed a lady yelling at a man that wasn't able to understand English. Hotel rooms are very small. Elevators are slow and their workers are not helpful. Never coming here again.
