This is the 2nd time we stayed at the Doubletree Downtown Albuquerque. Rooms are clean, staff is helpful. Restaurant for dinner is terribly slow - but buffet breakfast is terrific. If you are utilizing the convention center this is a wonderful place to stay

This is an awful Double Tree hotel. Staff make you feel like you are on a plane and you are shuttle from one room to another until they get you the right one you reserved. The paid parking lot is always full on the weekend and you still get charge for it. The TVs do not work. The rooms are...

The devil's in the details. I booked this place due to the low room rate (should have known better!). I reserved a higher room on their app but the girl tried to place me on the bottom floor, I protested and she changed. Then up to the room but could barely exit the elevator with the luggage cart because of...

This hotel was an excellent stay and a relaxing time for my mini vacation! The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that breakfast was open until 11am, that was convenient especially since I am a late riser.

Stayed 2 nights. Slow check-in but staff provided all with warm cookies and bottled water - still... would have preferred not to wait 10 min. For the rest of the stay reception area was empty. Nearest restaurants are 2-3 blocks away. The hotel restaurant is located in the basement. At winter time it is a chilling experience. For dinner only...
