Hopefully this hotel will get a higher rating when the renovations are complete. I stayed here for a conference & was not impressed with the facilities or the service. The menu in the restaurant was limited but the breakfast & lunches that I had there was good. They tried to charge me twice for my room & put someone else's...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 15 March 2017

Spent a couple weeks this summer on Business. Stayed as many nights as I could here as it is my favorite in Albuquerque. Comp breakfast includes made to order eggs and even manager reception includes free drinks. Convenient location for my needs. Clean, friendly staff, outstanding for the price in my book.

I booked the hotel for my daughter who is in the Air Force and was on a long journey from Alabama to Idaho (driving). She was staying at your hotel to get a few hours of sleep. When the employee learned of this, she offered to make sure that my daughter's room was in a quiet area of the hotel....

I realize they are renovating this hotel. However the issues I have had nothing to do with the renovation. The room was an ok size but bathroom was extremely small. TV was a pain to operate. No USB plugs. Dirty, stained carpets. Debris under vanity and along walls where housekeeping missed while vacuuming. Door in bathroom filthy. The hallway carpets...

Working with the sales/catering department is always a pleasant experience. They are responsive, willing to work with your budget, and make planning your meeting an easy experience! I would definitely recommend the DoubleTree Albuquerque for any meetings/seminars you have in this area!

I would honestly put this Hilton property at 3-1/2. I'm rounding up because of the friendliness of the front desk staff. On the good side: 1. Very friendly front desk staff. I was greeted as a Hilton Diamond member, and given vouchers for free breakfast buffets. It seemed that the same young woman who welcomed us was working the front...

This location I'd wonderful for access to the Albuquerque Convention Center. The hotel is clean. There are no refrigerators in rooms. This is an excellent choice if attending anything at the convention center.

First the good. 1). Great location. Connected to the Convention Center, and within a block or two of the government center, and most downtown businesses. 2). Friendly staff at front desk, and the dinner manager at the restaurant was outstanding. 3). Reservation managed perfectly. 4). Room was clean with a superb view of the mountains to the east. A gorgeous...

The staff are quick to respond to requests. The room does not have a refrigerator (needed to keep insulin in) but one was brought up quickly. Needed a power strip for a CPAP machine and it was brought up quickly. The toilet flushed slowly but completely. The toilet is low but one can use the sink next to it to...

Staff is very friendly and helpful - however would not recommend this hotel - at least until their renovation is completed ; water backing up in bathtub, paper peeling of walls, and poor food quality. While connected by walkway to the convention center the hotel was ill-equipped to handle demands of a large conference. A letter sent to guests said...
