This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are great, comfortable beds. Staff is very good. Check- in/ out is quick. There are good restaurants nearby. Can uber anywhere. Of course there are the gorgeous Albuquerque Sunrises over the Sandia Mountains.

The hotel staff did everything they could to remedy the problem including bringing me 6 extra pillows and a bottle of wine and a tray of cheese. I made the reservation due to the fact that Double Tree reservations told me that there was a recliner in the room. As this sounds like a small issue, I cannot sleep on...

shuttle service is unreliable. left stranded for over 1 hour even after 4 phone calls. multiple lies from driver and front desk. Said next to old town but actually about 2 miles away. Hotel being remodeled but no real problems with these activities. Service from staff was worst Doubletree experience ever.

The staff, although friendly, was not very helpful, nor did they show much effort in rectifying their mistakes. Room service would not answer and the operator suggested I call later. Meals were deliver much later than stated. Items were missing from my breakfast that was marked on the door menu card.

Lots of problems, shocked it was a Hilton. The first floor smelled like rotten fruit. Our ac broke and our tv wouldn't...

Spent a couple weeks this summer on Business. Stayed as many nights as I could here as it is my favorite in Albuquerque. Comp breakfast includes made to order eggs and even manager reception includes free drinks. Convenient location for my needs. Clean, friendly staff, outstanding for the price in my book.
