We had never been to Albequerque so this was booked on line because it was on our route west. Since this is so near the state capital parking is reserved and free to hotel guests. Check in was easy and very friendly. Room was comfortable but this is an older hotel and the bathroom was small. Again because it was...

Great hotel, would prefer slightly more room space, but the gym was great and food pretty good. Not many restaurant options within sight of hotel. Don't mind walking, but the security presence (which is great) kinda makes you think you don't want to walk after dark. Probably completely off base, but no way to know based on visuals

great hotel, well appointed and easy of access to the Convention Center. Air condition unit a bit noisy but I don't mind the white noise. Excellent treat of the warm chocolate chip cookies :-)- Only negative was the restuarants closed early and limited snacks in the lobby.

CAlled front desk- they could have cared less. Never asked about things in the AM. Never greeted as a Hilton Honors member. Weak representation. Third dissappointing reaction at a Hilton. May need to change loyalty plan

Was in town for business and I normally like to stay at the Double tree because of the hot breakfast. The hotel staff was great and gave us extra cookies (even days after check-in)! For Breakfast the Chef, James, creates excellent omelettes and is very nice and considerate. The Green Chile and green salsa was also very delicious! Only bummer...

We stayed here in May 2016 and couldn't have asked for better service. We were granted early check-in and late check out because of our flight times, and the friendly staff made it clear that they were interested in satisfying our needs. We took advantage of the free (within 3-mile radius) hotel shuttle. The hotel is in a great, safe...

Overall, the hotel is nice and clean if you do not park. They charge you $12 to park overnight, however, if an event is going on at the convention center, you cannot find parking in the parking lot. Location of hotel was within minutes of Old Town and other attractions. However, the bathrooms and rooms were small. The rooms were kept clean thru out our stay, but I did notice room service trays setting in the hallways for over a day. The entire staff from front desk to maid service were friendly and helpful.
