CAlled front desk- they could have cared less. Never asked about things in the AM. Never greeted as a Hilton Honors member. Weak representation. Third dissappointing reaction at a Hilton. May need to change loyalty plan

Was in town for business and I normally like to stay at the Double tree because of the hot breakfast. The hotel staff was great and gave us extra cookies (even days after check-in)! For Breakfast the Chef, James, creates excellent omelettes and is very nice and considerate. The Green Chile and green salsa was also very delicious! Only bummer...

We stayed here in May 2016 and couldn't have asked for better service. We were granted early check-in and late check out because of our flight times, and the friendly staff made it clear that they were interested in satisfying our needs. We took advantage of the free (within 3-mile radius) hotel shuttle. The hotel is in a great, safe...

Overall, the hotel is nice and clean if you do not park. They charge you $12 to park overnight, however, if an event is going on at the convention center, you cannot find parking in the parking lot. They tried to send me to a parking garage, walk underground in a tunnel and then come into the lobby that way....

Location of hotel was within minutes of Old Town and other attractions. However, the bathrooms and rooms were small. The rooms were kept clean thru out our stay, but I did notice room service trays setting in the hallways for over a day. The entire staff from front desk to maid service were friendly and helpful.

This hotel in the heart of downtown Albuquerque is a gem . The staff all seem to put customer service at the top of their list. Dietrich who drove our shuttle helped us find our way around the city and ensured we found a restaurant on a late Sunday arrival .

Lovely hotel with great service👌Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were my favorite part. I slept extremely well and upon awaking had a good cup of coffee to get me going as there was a little brew pot that made 1-2 cups😊
