Stayed in the Longs Peak Lodge July 30 - August 2 2013, as part of a family reunion group. Great location and scenery, food was OK and there were lots of activities. Unfortunately, it was also very noisy in the room due to scores of unsupervised teenagers and young children roaming the premises and cavorting well into the night. The...

I want to do my part to move the one-star review a few days ago that said the Wind River Lodge smelled like "old gym shoes" to the second page! In fairness I have to admit that this review comes from a long-time member who has the privilege of staying in a cabin, even in peak season...except the one year...

We loved our stay at the YMCA of the Rockies. The best elements of our stay were the many activities available for both adults and children to enjoy. We swam, played soccer, volleyball and Capture the Flag, went horseback riding, ziplining, and wall-climbing, and made tie-dye t-shirts and paintings on silk as well as all kinds of jewelry. The children...

Stayed in Wind River-Didn't want to put my clothes in the drawers with what ever goop was on the bottom of the drawers, the hall carpets had globs of ? and many big spill stains. The worst was the stench. The people were nice or it would be a no star deal

For 40 years GenOn Ministries(formerly LOGOS Ministry) has held it's summer youth Conference in July at the YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Center. The 200 plus senior high youth and adults stay in the Eastside lodges which are a great facility with rooms for 6 with bath complete with linens and really nice furnishings. THe lodges have a large...

We highly recommend this trip for families that enjoy the great outdoors. Lack of air conditioning was the only drawback but it got cold at night and we were out hiking most of the day. The cabins were not modern or fancy, but we had a two-bedrooom with a fireplace and full kitchen for about $200 a night. Our kids...

The Y-camp of the Rockies is the best family vacation you will ever have! There are activities for every age and many family things to do together. You and the kids can hike up to Bible Point or around Bear Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. You can even walk down to the Glacier/Thompson River and walk into the park....

This is our 7th time in 10 years that we've stayed here. Fantastic views, good people and generally a great family vacation for the price. My only fear is that they will get too big. Rumor has they wish to expand to accommodate 5000 people. Wow not too sure about that. The activities seem to get booked up pretty quickly...

We have been vacationing at the Y in Estes Park for over 15 years, and we return as often as we can. It is a great place for intergenerational family vacation. There is a Day camp for 3 year olds to high school aged children. There is family programing with games, sports, hikes, fishing, etc. There is huge craft center...
