My wife and I decided on a last minute trip to Rocky Mountain National Park and we were looking for a more cottage like property rather than staying in one of the many chain motels in town. There were not many up to date reviews, but the property looked really good so we took a chance. This was our last...

We stayed in #18. Spacious living area and kitchen, comfortable sofa bed and main bed. Well maintained. Loved being right on the river. The staff was welcoming and very helpful with recommendations. Only downside was the sound of running children above us, so I would recommend getting an upstairs room. Would definitely stay here again!

I'm writing this review sitting on my porch on the rapidly flowing Fall River, enjoying the cool evening sounds of rushing water among the aspens. Every morning a large golden marmot sits on a rock outside my unit. Unit comes with tasteful furnishings, warm fireplace, kitchen, jacuzzi tub, king bed with heavy comforter. Three days here, and loving it! Boulder...

Staff is exceptional whether by phone or in person. Excellent cabins - we had a 1 bedroom. Great porches to watch animals and birds. The jetted tubs are awesome! This was our 2nd time to stay at Boulder Brook and we will be returning.

We stayed at cabin # 17 for three nights. This property is really a 3 and half star. Better than 3 but not quite 4. Positives: The riverside cabins have absolutely fantastic views and ambiance. The morning coffee on the private patio by the river prepares you for a day of exploring the nature. The location is great... Just 5...

We stayed here for 3 nights and LOVED it! The room was beautiful and had a jacuzzi tub, which was great because the temps were cooler and then we got snow. Watching the snow from the jacuzzi...priceless! The room has a great view of nature and is only a few steps from Fall River. Even the animals love it there....

Stayed here June 2015, and October 2015. Absolutely beautiful rooms, wonderful view of river along with being able to hear it inside. Would stay here every time I come to Colorado if I could. Staff is friendly.

Cabin 6 is spacious with full kitchen including a coffee maker, utensils and dishes. Room very clean; King bed comfy; 4 pillows (2 firm, 2 soft and fluffy). Nice spa tub but jets didn't work for me. Huge shower! Warning: there is NO air conditioning. The ceiling fan does move a lot of air but it was still too warm...

We stayed 3 nights in the Aspen Lodge. Great view of the creek. Easy access to the park and downtown. The provided terry robes and hot tub towels which was quite nice. We couldn't get all of the jets to work but it was still a nice tub.

Wife and I could only stay one night and we're so glad we chose this place. Charming, peaceful and scenic!! Staff could not have been friendlier, jacuzzi room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the mountains and the river. Bed was super comfy and the fireplace just added the final touch of charm. Would love to come...
