Camped there in September and the pool and hot tub were already closed down, the mini-golf has been open in years. roads are dirt and not very wide so it makes backing into a spot very difficult. Staff is not friendly or overly helpful. The cost for what little you get is outrageous!!!! They charge extra for more than 2...

Convenient park and easy walk across the bridge to a nearby restaurant. The facilities were clean and the area was grassy. Estes Park downtown was minutes away via vehicle. A pleasant stay on the east side of the park.

We live in Windsor, Colorado and love to get up to Estes Park for camping get aways. We went up and paid for 10 days just before Spruce Lake RV Park closes for the season. We did not realize how difficult the employees could be to customers. It was odd how they were constantly trying to find problems with their...

We (my husband and I) stayed here for three nights in September. We had a site right next to the river, which was very nice, and we camp in a tent camper. The sites are very level, and we had a site complete with electric, water and sewer. An employee led us to our site and got us backed in...

Enjoyed our time at spruce lake.1st day got to see elk right on the property and hear them bugling at night!! Loved that. We had a riverside site but really had a hard time hearing the river unless we put our chairs there. Tons of room for 2 cars on each site but no trees to block the other sites.

Was somewhat disappointed in this camp site. It was close to the NP but not all there activities were as stated and the people were not all that friendly. My husband is a fisherman and was disappointed that even though they advertise fishing fly fishing was not allowed. The WiFi is a problem there and the only place you can...

The Spruce Lake RV Park staff were so nice, and were eager to help us find a spot big enough for our huge 44' long toy hauler and extra vehicle with just a couple days notice. The fishing pond is enjoyed by our whole family overtime we go there. And yes we go there every chance we get, and will...

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was clean and well cared for. The Staff is extremely helpful. Nice walk area by the river to walk your dog. The swimming pool was really cold and this was in July. They had a hot tub also by the pool. Great playground for kids and the lake is fun to...

Nice clean campground with easy access to RMNP and Long's Peak Wilderness Area. Assistant manager boasted to group of us how bears keep getting into the dog food she leaves in the back of her truck (apparently doesn't want the food in her trailer). She had no concern that bears get tagged and put down after a second visit into...

This is a great campground, well maintained with a pool, pond and playground. They do fun activities for/with the kids on Labor Day weekend. The pond is great for the kids to fish in and they keep it stocked weekly with trout. They were very helpful and let us reschedule our reservation to another wknd without losing our deposit. I...
