Really nice not loud a lot of older people and some families . Only complaint is the washing machine and dryers are so expensive and not that great ! Right by all the nice shops and close to Rocky Mountains. I would come back , burn ban in effect right now so no fires which was another bummer but not...

Great location close proximity to downtown, clean, nice, quiet up to date RV park. Enjoyed our site with a name (stump) instead of a number!! Staff was very helpful. I even caught a huge trout in the river just a few feet from our campsite!!

We spent 4 nights here, and I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. The park is clean, well-managed, well-located, and spacious. There are extensive dog walking paths along the river, complete with waste bags and trash cans. The showers and laundry are clean. I don't know why some people were upset about having their trash picked up...

this facility is owned by a management firm that has site in Golden/Dakota Ridge, Loveland, and 2 in Estes Park/Spruce Lake & Elk Meadows. We have stayed in these properties over the past 10 years and they are increasing showing that although the location is great, they have allow facilites to run down and are very poorly managed. They are...

This was the most expensive campground we stayed at on our trip. We left SC on June 15 and are still on the road. We were supposed to have WiFi and could not connect from our site. We had to carry everything to the office in order to get WiFi. This is unacceptable. Many nights the office had closed before...

The only positive comment I have regarding this campground is the dog walk area, restrooms, and close proximity to National park. Upon arrival, the first thing it reminded me of was a parking lot. It has limited trees, sites are extremely close, putt putt course nonfunctional for years, and the River view is mostly hear not see. The camp store...

We arrive at the park, and are told our spot is not available because the people who are parked there are broke down. We were told to park on an overflow are and not disconnect from our trailer. We have been waiting for over 2 hours. We go in and tell the ladies inside we are going to disconnect and...

This park was very nice. I would recommend it for anyone. The people in charge were friendly and the sites were nice. It is close to town and some of the national park visitor centers where one can get on the free shuttles. The bathrooms were very clean. The laundry was nice but if you need quarters the machine only...

We stayed here July 2-4th. Coming into town was out of control with all the traffic and not enough Police or traffic control officers to get people through all the lights but once we got out through the main part of town it was fine. We stayed at this RV park. The park has a river that flows right by...

Very quite RV park. Friendly staff. Family gathering used RV sites and cabin. Cabin # 3 has beautiful view of stream. Nice dog run. Grandkids had a blast. Short drive to the entrance of Estes Park. Pool was a bit on the cool side but the hot tub was warm.
