By comparison to the $$$ of other properties in the area America's Best Value Inn is pretty good value for money. There is free onsite parking available and a laundry also. There is a pool area and the property grounds are nice and well kept. The front desk staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms were quite small with not...

For Estes Park on a very busy Halloween weekend this place was a bargain. Older style Motel with a good size room, smallish bathroom (with a hairdryer), fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and near downtown but thankfully not downtown. The customer service (Rebecca) was really good. The heater in my room (107) worked but the temp control knob was stripped, that...

Thank you for sharing your lodging experience on Tripadvisor. Our staff does a great job with our guests. We'll get that control knob replaced. We look forward to your next visit when you stay in one of our second floor rooms. We have a couple balcony rooms. I suggest you try one of them.

We were able to get the room that had the private balcony/nice sized porch that gave us a beautiful southwest view of the mountains. The private porch/balcony had a table and 4 chairs, nice size and we were able to sit out there, relax, ate breakfast and look out at the mountains. The room itself was big enough with 2...

Thank you for your detailed comments regarding your recent stay with us. I will inquire of our staff about the hour the continental breakfast is available. We look forward to your next stay with us.

This was about the only place that was available. The girl at the front desk was very nice but the rooms were just ok. Nothing nice about them. It felt cold and dank but clean. It must just be an expensive town to stay in anyway, but the price was really high for the quality of room.

At ABVI , Estes Park we had the smallest rooms in our tour to Colorado. The bath was tiny with a shower and a toilet. Only good for a single person for a single night. Reception was kind and breakfast OK!

Thank you for sharing your lodging experience. Although we can not do much about the size of some of our rooms, we can offer a receptive staff and pretty darn good continental breakfast.

Sheets were clean and shower was nice and large but I had reserved two beds but our room only had a queen. All other rooms were filled, so they gave us a roll away which would have been okay for a child- not so much for an adult. Also no lotion among the amenities.

Thank you for sharing your comments. I apologize for the reservation discrepancy. We try to accommodate our guests as best we can when a problem like yours arises. Housekeeping should have stocked your room with lotion. That oversight will be brought to their attention.

Estes Park is very crowded with tourists, so it is no wonder that it's expensive. This motel was reasonable priced for August and had a complimentary breakfast, which was above average for the US. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge with plenty of Counter space in the shower. The only downer was that...

Thank you for commenting on your recent stay with us. Sorry your slumber was interrupted by the sound of foot steps on the stairs. I just don't know what we can do about those early risers. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Our room was a single queen, so it may have been smaller than other rooms. It was rather cramped, mostly due to the addition of a refrigerator with microwave stacked on top, in addition to several other pieces of furniture. The room is pretty dated, which is OK as long as it's clean enough, which it was. There was a...

Thank you for your comments. We will utilize your observations to try to correct the deficiencies you pointed out. We are updating our rooms as time and finances permit. I will check with our general manager to see if other pillow configurations can be made available. I am pleased you found the premises clean although the mold has got to...

A pleasant surprise. Great value in a notoriously expensive town. Great mountain views and very well kept rooms and property. Only half mile from downtown core. Rooms were very modern and updated. Includes breakfast. Quiet.

Estes Park is a very expensive town for accommodation. Luckily for us, we found this inn at a very reasonable price with included breakfast. The bedroom was large with 2 beds & was clean & in a good location. What more could you want.
