We had a lovely stay here on our hiking weekend. Booking and checking in super easy, room was very clean and we appreciated the coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Good location too. We also met the owner and the new managers who were all super friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here when we return!

DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE! We booked the motel one month in advance. We showed up after an 8 hour drive and they double booked our stay. They told us they’d find a place for us to stay in Estes Park for free. THE MANAGER JESS BOOKED a hotel in Estes that was DOUBLE the price. She booked our stay and said they would pay. We trusted her and stayed there. Then the next day we went hiking in RMNP and had no cell service. When we came down to Estes Park early evening, we saw emails telling us to move our stuff to their motel. By that time we were already charged at the other hotel for a 2nd night. The managers at Alpine Inn are not in the office, we do not get a timely response when we needed communication about what is happening, they have a customer number that they do not call back. We have since left Estes Park and had to pay OVER DOUBLE what we budgeted for in hotel stay because the Alpine Inn motel will not pay the other price. This motel is terrible business and treats their customers like commodities.…

Simple, clean, cozy rooms. You can’t beat the location- it’s RIGHT by the entrance to RMNP and also close to several restaurants and a gas station. They have cute fire pits for guests to use as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

We were visiting RNP. This location is perfect for that. We were within 5 minutes of the entrance. Not a fancy hotel, but clean and the kitchen unit had everything we needed. The woman working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She helped me print boarding passes and always greeted us with a friendly smile.

Advertised hot tub and heated pool. Hot tub was covered with a tarp and rocks. Pool was ice cold and had debris. A hose from a bucket for the chemicals. Spoke with front desk (no personality at all) about the pool and said she wasn’t aware it wasn’t working. Parking for the second row of rooms was not safe. Our car had to be parked right up on the door so it didn’t get hit by other guest because parking was tight.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms have been updated and we had a balcony room. The best thing about this place is you are 5 minutes from the park and 10 minutes from downtown Estes. The parking is a little tight but they have spaces for each room. We lost hot water one day but they fixed it in like 15 minutes. The rooms have window unit ACs and they are quite loud as is the road traffic. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. We would stay here again for sure.

My family of five, three kids ages 16, 12 and 10, stayed here because of proximity to the park. There were many positives: - hot showers - fully stocked kitchen with plates, cooking utensils and pots and pans - location - friendly and helpful staff - clean heated pool - clean rooms A couple of negatives: - dishwasher was not secured to cabinet and would “fall out” each time the door opened - holes in the wall The pros definitely out way the cons and we would stay again.

I just want to swing around and say again how much better the service was at this little motor lodge than in the chain hotels we've stayed in since. Covid had really given chain hotels a license to do no guest services and have slovenly hotels. Our stay here was so nice, they cleaned every day, the room had all the little details and essentials that we needed. The remodel was really cute, too. Thanks again. I hope you do well in business so you can be around for the next time we visit!!

The room was clean, simple and quiet. I really appreciated not being in the middle of downtown Estes Park. However, if you wanted to go into Estes Park, it was easy to catch the free shuttle outside the hotel. It is also close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. There is a grocery store (one of three is Estes Park), gas station, deli, laundry and at least two nearby restaurants. Staff are very helpful.
