My husband and I loved our stay at The Woodlands on Fall River; wish we could've stayed more than 2 nights! Perfect location, not far from downtown Estes or RMNP. When we arrived we were treated by a small herd of elk at the entrance of the property - pretty cool if you've never seen elk! Saw them again right...

The cabin was very nice. Very well maintained. We were not aware that it was part of a four-plex near the road. The river divides you from the road and the sound of the running water was very, very relaxing. Grill just outside your door. Comfortable. The personnel were very friendly. When you book your room, if you want an...

We had a large family group (9 total) that stayed in 3 units (Two 2 bed units and the 1 2 bed w/loft). They gave us an incredible rate for the 3 units and made sure we were next to each other. We all thought the rooms were great and the scenery breathtaking. We saw all sorts of wildlife during...

Awesome stay, great location. Jesse is a great host. Extremely cold winter evening (-12 F) last night, fully furnished condos, roaring fire. Life is good on a great visit. This is my 2nd stay here, certainly not my last.

We cooked breakfast one morning and checked out local restaurants for the other meals. We rented a one bedroom suite. Very comfortable bed w./tv in room. We really enjoyed wood burning fireplace. ( wood was...

Just got back from Estes Park and stayed at The Woodlands. The cabins are right on the river. You can leave your door upen and hear the water. We had turkeys walk by our door one morning. The cabins are clean and comfortable. They also provide wood for the fireplace. We had a great time.
