Our entire staff is taking the ultimate precautions needed to ensure all of your guests have a safe and comfortable trip. would also like to inform you that our hotel is currently undergoing renovations on the exterior front park of the building. We are open during this construction, as the work will be done between the hours of 9am-5pm. It is only on the exterior, the interior of the hotel is done with its remodel and ready to accommodate you in any way. Bed and pillows comfortable or else rating would have been terrible! Turning on water in sink took about 75lbs of force to open. Exterior areas felt like ghetto; dirty and junkie! No chairs match and garbage and construction crap everywhere! . We apparently have people living in an old tarped camper and running generator at night in parking lot in front of our room. There is a big yellow school bus also with people living in it next to camper. Camper draining gray or black or both right in parking lot! Place has potential but apparently not managed by someone who can keep an old place neat and tidy! Their big sign talks about fine dining….got to be a joke!!!!

Room was filthy, shower doors wouldn't stay shut, toilet seat wouldn't stay up. The beds were uncomfortable. Ice machine didn't work, swimming pool and hot tub are unusable. My socks were dirty just walking to the bathroom. This is the first hotel that I have ever checked out of the next day. I had reservations for 5 days but we could only stay 1 night. They tried to offer an other room, but I figured they should always give you the clean ones first. So they must not care about the cleanliness of the others. When I complained and ask about refunds they said they had to charge for 3 days. Because I was out of refund date range. Save your money go to Best Western!

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. I have booked 3 to 4 rooms a week for the last 3 weeks and would have continued booking for several months in the upcoming year. I had booked a non-refundable (paid upfront) 3 rooms from April 16th through April 22nd 2023. On Thursday April 20th I received a call from Anthony the manager that they would be cancelling the rest of our reservation for Friday the 21st because they had a large group coming in that was more important. Keep in mind I had 3 rooms booked. I asked if he was seriously going to make us check out because someone else that booked after us wanted the rooms. He just said yes, and the owner told him to call me and let me know. I told Anthony he was going to lose our business going forward, and he just said ok. I was shocked.... I had to scramble to find rooms for my employees for just 1 night last minute. This cost us more money and as you can imagine a little difficult to do. BUYER BE WARE..... DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!…

We, unfortunately, had a bad experience at this motel. The walls are really, really thin and we got little sleep. There was a raging party in the room next to ours that went on well after midnight. On the other side of our room there was a barking dog in another room. We asked to check out one day early because of all of the noise. We asked the manager for a refund for the next night and they only gave us only a $9 discount!! Management was really. really unprofessional and the motel is not a good one. Stay away!

clean rooms shower was very nice to use was a great way to visit my hometown especially from how the hotel use to be pool was nice to lounge in as the hottub and it's perfect driving distance from town without constantly always having the downtown traffic with a great liquor store and pizza place nearbye

Everyone was very friendly and very nice, if we needed something, we could always get it! If we ever come back to Estes again we’ll be sure to come here! The pools were very warm and fun to swim in. The rooms were very clean and also very comfortable! We love the Rocky Mountain Hotel!

My daughter was getting married on Aug 26, 2022. Reservations to Rocky Mountain Hotel and Conference Center. Barely made it in time to hotel to drop my luggage off and go get make up done and drive another 25 minutes to where wedding was held. I had no time to look over room prior to going to wedding venue. After the wedding, all I wanted to do was climb in bed and go to sleep. Before pulling the covers back, there were stains all over the bed, and some type of hairs. I don't know if it was human hair or animal hair. Pictures are attached hopefully. Manager Tony will not answer texts. I'm not looking for anything, he will not offer an apology. Sons and his wife room was same way. Filthy, dirty, nasty

They double billed the room. There is no way to contact them. The phone is disconnected and emails go unanswered. BEWARE! The hotel is a bit rundown. Can hear the highway in your room. Disgusting place.

The saying, "lipstick on a pig" is a good description. The website misrepresents this property. Our room was a cheap motel room, nothing more. The name should be Rocky Mountain Motel/Hotel & Conf.... There are no phones in the room, I'm sure so the staff doesn't have to field complaints at all hours. Four days and still no call back from the manager...

We chose this hotel due to the view. The attendant was very nice and got us a room on the top floor. We could tell she loved living in Estes Park by sharing her experiences. The room was clean with updated furnishings, bathroom remodeled and the bed was comfy!Thank you for taking care of us during our stay!
