I chose to stay here due to the many good reviews. The hosts are very friendly as previously described and I had no issue with the service. So I feel kind of bad writing this review. The cabin was clean on arrival. I was very disappointed with the cabin especially given the price point during peak season. It had the feel of a cheaper motel. The beds had old creaky uncomfortable mattresses with frayed bedding and ancient blankets. The bathrooms were rickety and motel like. There’s also constant highway noise during the day as it’s right off the main road.

We loved our stay. It was only one night, but perfect for our needs. Kitchenette and coffee maker helped us start our day before hiking in the Park. Shower pressure and hot water amazing! Our decor was a fishing theme. Even had fishing books to look through. I love the outdoor lights!

Pine Haven has been an Estes Park jewel for decades. We were positively surprised to find it kept up so well on this stay. It’s obvious the owners and caretakers have invested capital into maintenance, furnishings, decor, and other unique touches to make each stay special for the guests. The owners / managers / employees go above and beyond with service and cleanliness. Lots of TLC here. We look forward to coming back in the future.

We loved our stay at Pine Haven. The Honeymoon Cabin was just right for the two of us. Clean, well stocked and great location just about 10 minutes from town. George and Joan were such great hosts, I highly recommend renting from them, everything was exactly as advertised. We will be back soon and wouldn't think of staying any where else. Jeff and Molly

We absolutely loved our time at Pine Haven & plan to return. The location is perfect, just 3 miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Consider it a mini Swiss chalet in the Alps. The decor was adorable & all the amenities needed were provided. The views, the fire all made for a romantic Valentines weekend. Definitely stay here if considering it!
