We had a great time! The lodging is rustic, but very clean and modernized with flat screen TVs. The service was great and the owners were very polite and helpful. We have already discussed returning as the experience and stay was wonderful. The location, next to downtown Estes, allowed us to walk to all of our shopping.

This is my 2nd stay at Misty Mtn Lodge and it won't be my last. I've stayed in suite 15 and 19 and both were extremely comfortable and clean. In #19, there are high ceilings, ceiling fans in LR and BR as well as a fireplace, full kitchen, roomy bathroom. The owners are extremely helpful but not hovering. For example,...

We stayed 4 nights in Suite #20. It was a very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apt. We loved being able to stay in town so we could walk to the restaurants and shops, but still felt we were surrounded by the beauty of the area. Our suite had amazing views and backed up to a gorgeous mountain. Loved the...

Excellent all around. The rooms were very neat and comfortable, the location was perfect for grabbing dinner after a very long day on the trails and the amenities (hot tub, outdoor fire pit etc.) were a nice additional touch. We visit RMNP often for hiking and will try to stay here in the future.

Recently spent 2 nights in room #9 at Misty Mountain Lodge. This family run lodging is full of rustic charm. You will enjoy the owners, Ellen and Peter, as they provide you with down home hospitality and make you feel like you've been friends for years. An especially nice touch is joining other guests at the evening fire while Peter...

We stayed 5 nights at MML. We loved that it was within walking distance of just about everything in downtown Estes Park - food, shops, nightlife, parks, & fun things to do. Our suite was very nice & we really enjoyed the complimentary outdoor hot tubs. The owners are super sweet & helpful - even offered us a bottle of...

We wanted a place near or in the downtown Estes area in order to walk rather than drive to sites we wanted to see. Misty Mountain easily filled that desire. Comfy, clean and homey. A large group of Elk wandered into the Misty Mountain central area for a while our last afternoon there which made for some rather interesting photo...

Located just 2 blocks from down-town. Easily walkable to Bond Park and the main shopping street. We liked the ability to prepare some meals. Bed was comfy. Bedroom windows could have used curtains for those times when the next door room left their outside light on all night. The room was too hot the first two days & nights, and...

Misty Mountain Lodge was conveniently located on a quiet side street to downtown Estes Park. We parked our car and walked everywhere, we particularly liked the river walk, across the street. It backs to a mountain, we even had a mama bear and her two cubs in a tree just behind our building, so you get the convenience of being...

After hiking all day in RMNP, it was so relaxing to come back and sit around the fire at night talking with other guests. The owners, Ellen and Peter are great people. Ellen was very helpful taking the time to look up restaurants for us. We would definitely stay again. Thanks again Ellen and Peter, we really enjoyed it!
