I stayed here for several nights in May. The property is right on the river. It was so nice to hear the rushing water and take in the view. This place is impeccably maintained and very clean. The family that owns it is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying here to anyone that asks where to stay in Estes.

Lovely resort with most rooms facing the Fall River. On arrival the office has reusable cloth bags to bring snacks into the park or to help you shop in the downtown area. The office has complimentary bottles of water, tea bags, prepackaged coffee for your room. The location is excellent with close proximity to both Rocky Mountain National Park and shopping and restaurants in Estes Park. We enjoyed a spa suite that included a large room, whirlpool tub and a fireplace. It had a kitchen sink, mini refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven. We stayed at #17 which is on the end of the building on the first floor. We enjoyed walking out of our suite to our patio with a table and 2 chairs. The road was on the other side of the river but the rushing water on the river removed any noise from the road. This seems to be a family run resort. We received great recommendations on restaurants in the area. They seemed eager to make sure we were satisfied.…

Most beautiful property in Estes Park. Very clean, rooms are stocked with everything you will need. Super friendly and helpful hosts. We have stayed here numerous times and always recommend this property to friends and family. A real retreat on the river!

We were treated so well by the friendly helpful staff. The rooms were clean, large and had a lot of nice amenities. The fireplace was a treat. The views were beautiful, parking so easy. The location was great too, very accessible to skiing , hiking,adventures and going into town. Would definitely recommend Aspen Winds!

This was our second visit (last time was in ‘99). The place is even better now! You book directly with the owners who are very kind and provide helpful information for restaurants and things to do. . Room is very clean, with mini kitchen that is well equipped. The view of river from the room is beautiful and wildlife sometimes go by. Highly recommend!

This was one of my favorite stays anywhere! Everything was so well kept, well designed and decorated, and the view (including close encounter with turkeys) was so peaceful. It was also a pleasure to meet the family and staff, and be treated like family.

Beautiful, peaceful location, minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. Well-appointed condos with modern conveniences, dishes, silverware, utensils. The family that runs the place is very helpful, very friendly and very professional. It snowed heavily while I was there and they were out shoveling our walkways and plowing the parking lot several times each day. I will gladly stay here again.

Second time to visit - last time was for our anniversary 4-5 years ago. We rented the 2 bedroom condo and it was very good. It’s like an AirBNB without the fuss. Loved the snow and stream behind us. Well equipped, we ate breakfast and sometimes lunch at the condo. We relaxed. We enjoyed. Only issue we had was Wi-Fi occasionally was out and we couldn’t use the TVs for streaming but that wasn’t super important because we had our devices. Beds were super comfortable. Pillows were meh. Being your own if you can. Awesome bathtub//shower.

We stayed here one night and loved it. Our cabin was comfortable, incredibly clean, and very cute. We are now talking about booking it for a family reunion. The setting is beautiful. The owners are very responsive and kind. This is a great place to stay while visiting Estes or RMNP!

This is my second stay this year at Aspen Winds, once last June and now December. The owners and staff are lovely, extremely accommodating. The condos are immaculate and well appointed. There is nothing better to enjoy the sounds of the Falls River and to take in the views of the mountain and river from inside and outside on the deck. I enjoyed my stay so much I extended my trip two nights. It’s location is perfect, close to the entrance to RMNP and Estes Park town center. Looking forward to returning!
