Hotel is clean, staff friendly at check in. Convenient to the restaurants and shops. Pool and hot tub area are a very nice size. Fire pits are outside to roast marshmallows, and they give you a free s'more packet to use. Free breakfast is a continental, no meats, but there were eggs and potatoes. It did the job. There is a Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby accessible 24 hours and the coffee was good! It was just myself and my husband, but this would be a good place for families with kids, I think. The one thing that we were not pleased with was how loud our AC unit was!

The rooms are nice. We attended the rehearsal dinner there. The food was no less than excellent! The service was excellent! I would recommend the Ridgeline while staying in Estes Park. One odd service I noticed is housekeeping brought fresh towels daily but did not take the used towels.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had our Wedding Reception in the main Ballroom and many guests stayed over night as well. EXCEPTIONAL service from the entire crew! EXTRAORDINARY food & beautiful setting! OUTSTANDING service from our go to person Rebecca Sosa, even with a very badly thrown out back, she was there for set up & the reception. FIRST-CLASS service from the servers to the people who worked in the kitchen!.. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The recently renovated room was great. Clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. The pool area was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back. A few suggestions from someone that is approaching 70. The video game right as you enter the lobby doesn't give a good first impression. I would put it somewhere else on the property. Also in the lobby, the background music was too harsh and too loud. It should be soothing, peaceful, and in the background. The breakfast was too basic. There should be more options including fresh fruit. The chairs at the lower tables in Latitude 105 are much too low. I am 6'3" and I felt like I needed to sit on a phone book. We saw a number of guests with dogs. Hopefully, you keep certain rooms available for people with pets and you also have rooms that do not permit pets. Bellman service would add a nice touch to get luggage up to your room with the long ramp that is required to reach the elevator.

I am here for a conference. This hotel is very inaccessible for those with disabilities. The front desk promised me an accessible shower a week in advance and the day of my arrival they informed me that they would be unable to honor that request. The towels are placed on a high shelf that is unreachable. The shower chair I got was covered in some sort of dirt or mold and I was unable to sit in such a way that I could close the shower curtain, creating a dangerously slippery situation in the bathroom. The ramp and elevator situation are a nightmare. What kind of hotel doesn’t have any toilet seat covers available in its public facilities. It’s absolutely disgusting. Many of the chairs around the already inaccessible fire pits are broken. The nearest restroom has no accessible door. End the discriminatory practices. Additionally, my room has a window out to the pool, which has flashing lights and loud audio until 11pm. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

I like staying at the Ridgeline. Rooms are comfortable enough although I'm not overly fond of the platform beds. When you sit down the mattress tends to scoot exposing the wood corners on the platform. And ouch if you run into one. On the positive side everything is very clean. A big plus is being able to eat a light meal there. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful with questions. They will also price match their rate if you find it cheaper online. Extras that people enjoy are smores around 3 firepits. Each room has a walking stick and binoculars for use during your stay. The pool is large too. We've stayed many places in Estes and this is a favorite.

The front desk clerk Megan was the best! We entered stressed and she handled all our accommodations in a friendly and super courteous manner. All staff we encountered were fabulous and the facility is top notch.

We visited on a very busy weekend and they were obviously a bit shorted staffed but everyone was working very hard to ensure customer’s needs were met in the lobby, the restaurant and at the bar. We will be back

We enjoyed friendly, professional, and prompt service. Good food and drink. Short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park for snowshoeing and the majesty of the park. Looking forward to my next trip to the Ridgeline

We had an Air BnB reservation for four nights in Lyons, CO, but had to leave at 10 pm on the second night because the septic was backed up. With no notice or research, we selected the Ridgeline because it had a room available (and wasn’t some cheap motel). We were very pleased! We are a couple traveling alone, but if we had children, they would have loved the place for all of the amenities (indoor pool (with access for persons with disabilities) and hot tub, ice rink, snowshoes to check out, games galore). Now, some parents didn’t bother to keep their kids in line, but we didn’t have to hang out in those areas either. There were three large outdoor fire pits, and each room was given a coupon for a free s’mores kit. We would have loved to have sat by them, but it was too windy. The free breakfast was good. We sat at the hotel bar one night and really appreciated the expert bartender, Ed! He was AMAZING!
