We are in a lower level room with a queen bed. The room is quiet and very clean. There is a selection of teas, coffee, and cocoa to enjoy as we sit out on the back patio and watch the river flow by. There was firewood already in the room when we got here. Great place to stay.

We stayed here to be close to RMNP. We got there a little before 7 pm on Sunday night. Our keys were taped to the door of the office which made it very easy for us to check in. We stayed in rooms 7 and 8. There was a queen bed and fold out love seat in both rooms. The...

I had a room with a Murphy bed that was okay. Men were working right outside my window so it was busy until 4:30pm or so. Nice creek running through the property. Short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park or the town of Estes.

Gave an overall average rating because the building is in a mild state of disrepair. We stayed in Upper Level Suite 10. There has been SOME recent updating to the room. My major gripe was that the bathroom doorknob did not lock. The back deck door did not lock. The deadbolt on the back deck door did not work. The...

Everyone was very friendly and helpful Our highlight was when a HUGE bull elk and several cows came to the little stream that runs through the property in mid-afternoon. We watched them for around 45 minutes. They checked out the picnic and fire pit area and just meandered around as if they were putting on a show for us. We...

So close to the Rocky Mountain National Park with generously sized rooms and a hot tub to relax. My only complaint is the lack of parking and the sudden, steep entrance that will surprise the unexpecting. I would stay again.

This place has the feel of a cozy little mountain inn when you first see it. I was really excited to stay here and sit out by the river in a peaceful setting, and that delivered. It was very peaceful and pretty. This would have been a five-star lodge if not for two things: cleanliness and bed comfort. We cleaned...

Was is good location a couple miles from entrance of Rocky Mountain national park and couple miles from downtown Estes Park fairly close to everything. Had nice area outside for grilling also a fire pit. Had chairs next to creek flowing next to property. The place has potential , but needs all bedding replaced and repainted and a very good...

Visited for a wedding (which was held at Della Terra Resort) and was immediately reminded of Banff, Alberta Canada. There are so many similarities! The little motels and cabins along the highway and the Fall River are very quaint. They were extremely busy (we were there for one night over the Labor Day weekend) and we chose the Ponderosa Lodge...

We enjoyed the A Frame cabin on the river. The big front windows made it very light, which is not true of many cabins anywhere. People very helpful - recommended hikes etc. Some road traffic noise which was not too bothering. Shabby but fine furniture. Clean place.
