We were in the main lodge that is older. We went to check in and my husband was told the room was not ready after we had flown and drove all day. It would be another hour. We drove around the town and the lake and saw some deer. Returned and room was not ready , so they switched our...

This is an interesting historic hotel. We stayed in the original section of the property. You have to get past the fact that some things are a little crooked give the age of the building. Although, it does have modern amenities. There were other sections that looked a little more modern.

We stayed at Mary’s Lake Lodge for a wedding. We knew the wedding was at 4:00pm so we had called to see if they could have a room ready in time to change and they said they would try to have one by 2:00 but it might be a little later than that. We arrived at 2:30 and were told...

We love Mary's lake lodge, however I did not give this 5 stars as I did when we stayed last year due to some problems that we had. First of all, when we checked in we were given a three bedroom, three story condo which was in terrible shape! Some of the Windows would not close, the bottom of the...

What could possibly spoil a wonderful Estes Park location and great mountain view: horrific unresponsive service and awful cleanliness. Stayed for 4 nights and could not wait to get home to wash all my clothes and my baby toys. I felt sick to my stomach walking on those extremely stained dirty old carpets, destroyed rugs and touching the stained ugly...

Extremely rude employees. We stayed in the lodge. The tv, the heater, the windows all did not work. The shower curtain did not go around the tub which left water all over the floor. The sink filled with water before we could finish brushing our teeth. The windows were too dirty to enjoy the view. They didn't have enough towels...

Dirty, expensive, dimly lit room. So expensive for the very limited amenities. No breakfast included... I can live with. But having to pay a surcharge for them to change your towels or take out your trash? That is truly ridiculous. Why am I paying $160/night for a full sized bed, if you can't even take out the trash? Carpet was...

I felt very welcomed at Mary's Lake Lodge. Came for a wedding and am glad that the lucky couple picked this place. The cozy main building and home-like accommodations let me relax with ease. I was lucky to be upgraded to a condo, which was fantastic. Our friend's condo had a hot tub -- another nice surprise. And the areas...

Stayed at the lodge for a friend's wedding. The wedding was beautiful and the staff did an excellent job coordinating. The condos onsite were beautiful and the pool area was nice. My husband and I stayed in the lodge and our room was not really what I expected for the price. I get that it's supposed to be a rustic...

Mary's Lake Lodge presents itself as an upscale place but nothing could be further from the truth. We stayed in the hotel section of the Lodge. The room was dark and dreary. The carpets looked like they are from the 1950s. There was nothing attractive about the room at all. The windows were small and covered with dark, heavy shades....
