The Hilton is close to the Dunkin' Center and Federal Hill, so not too close to College Hill, but walkable if the weather is decent. Wifi free for Hilton Hhonors members. The shower water pressure was good, although I thought a $25 breakfast was overpriced, I might not have felt that way if I had gotten the handmade omelet.

I stayed at the Hilton Providence for 1 night from 4/14 to 4/15 as a Hilton HHonors Silver (was previously Diamond, and have since moved over to Marriott due to their RewardsPlus tie-up with United). While the property was otherwise clean and functional as to be expected from a Hilton, the check-in staff made the stay exceptional. I was served...

It was a great experience and right next to the Dunkin Center. We had two rooms that were comfortable. We had excellent service and they were very accommodating. We didn't have time to eat in the hotel. Starbucks is right next door.

Visiting East Coast, stayed Hilton Providence for two nights, location good, room size is good too, shower a bit weak, hotel staffs are helpful, breakfast buffet reasonable around $22.50 per person, Wifi free for Hilton members. Self parking is $25 a day.

My 3 nights stay was fine, hotel has certain age, but for business travel is OK. Breakfast is very good, but breakfast room not special. I had dinner in the bar, it was nice and busy. I used gym, which is OK, only bit too cold early in the morning. Location is very good, walking distance to Federal Hill.

I did not expect to have such a "deal" at Hilton downtown: no fridge, no breakfast, no parking. A small tub was counted as a pool. Strictly minimum for 186 USD a day after conference discount. I will never return.

Providence, RI Hilton is within walking distance of Federal Hill and the Convention Center. The Restaurant has great food and the pricing is fair. We took a cruise on American Cruise Lines and they offered a pickup at this hotel to the ship. We also attended the Convention Center and walked to and from this location several times for the...

Visited Providence for a wedding and had a great stay at the Hilton. This hotel was close to the Providence Library where the venue was held. Also enjoyed going to the Trinity Brewhouse just across the street from the hotel. Colorful town!

Excellent place to stay. Clean comfortable rooms, easy access to highways. This hotel was recommended for a stay during a recent trip to attend a family wedding. Discounted rate was a plus. We would definitely stay there again.

This is the worst Hilton that I have ever stayed at and I'm from RI. It's embarrassing when you stay at a place and you are happy to finally be back in your home state and then you just can't wait to leave because your hotel sucks. Parking, unloading, rooms, breakfast, etc. nothing is easy at this hotel. The only...

Dear Bonnie S, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. I was disappointed to read that you did not have a pleasant experience and for that I do apologize on behalf of our team. I was delighted to read, however, that Alan connected with you and we appreciate your...
