You could not ask for a more welcoming place to stay nor more welcoming proprietors. Marian and Jim were very helpful, friendly, and extremely hospitable. The Inn is perfectly located for anyone enjoying an event at the University of Arizona and the neighborhood is quite lovely and charming. Breakfast was different every day and absolutely scrumptuous. Can't wait to return...

My husband and I had a great time at the Adobe Rose Inn – even if it was for a short getaway. Marion and Jim are fabulous innkeepers and I can tell in every detail – from the beautiful surroundings to the exotic chocolates to the wine in our room and the scones at the breakfast table – that they...

This was our fifth stay at the Adobe Rose Inn. The Inn and inkeepers make Tucson a wonderful place to visit. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. It is true Southwestern style with lovely, shaded courtyards. The location is great for visits to museums and University of Arizona sporting events. I really enjoy the hot tub and the pool is...

This was our second stay at the Inn this year - Jim and Marion are wonderful hosts and never "invade your space" when you are there. The relaxed atmosphere is perfect for escape and we were really thankful for that when we tried to set the fireplace and managed to fill the main house with smoke!

This is a great bed and breakfast. The rooms were clean and ours had a patio. The breakfasts were wonderful and unique as well as the evening treats! I would definitely stay here again when I visit Tucson.

This B&B was in the perfect location for us as my husband was in Tucson to meet colleagues at the University, and the campus is only a short walk away from the Adobe Rose Inn. We had a lovely time staying here, the rooms are beautifully decorated and kept, and hosts Jim and Marion are wonderful company! Marion's breakfasts are...

The Adobe Rose has a very convient location just two blocks from the University of Arizona. Our stay was very pleasant. The room was confortable, clean and attractively decorated as was the house. It was a home away from home. The owners, Jim and Marion Hook, were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were very good. Overall this is...

The Innkeepers, Jim and Marion Hook, are the heart and soul of this amazing B & B. From the moment that they welcome you into their adobe style home, they make you feel like life long friends. Marion is a wonderful cook, and we would venture to say that there is no better breakfast in Tucson. Jim keeps the conversation...

Run, do not walk, to the Adobe Rose Inn! Located in the Sam Hughes section of Tucson - a stones throw from the Univ of Arizona, the Adobe Rose is everything a great bed & breakfast should be! Marion & Jim (fellow Pittsburghers) truly make you feel welcome. The accomodations are clean, lovely and comfortable. The minute I returned to...

We rented four rooms for five days/nights as well as had a wedding ceremony and reception for 20 people in the beautiful courtyards and every thing was perfect. Jim and Marion, the innkeepers, started us off with a great breakfast every morning before a dip in the pool and then off to family activities around town. They helped us set...
