I stayed at Adobe Rose Inn for a couple of days on University of Arizona business. It was a great experience, and the hosts were particularly friendly and made sure that my stay was pleasant in every way. The breakfast was delicious, the room was very comfortable, and the inn had its own wireless, which was important to me as...

Excellent breakfasts in a small and intimate B & B! My room had floor to ceiling stained glass window! A lot of character and innkeepers Jim and Marion are so personable, warm, friendly and service-oriented!

I recently stayed at this family run Inn in the course of a business trip. It is a beautiful classic South Western Adobe home, arranged around a secluded courtyard and pool. My room was actually a suite with bathroom and lounge area included. It was extremely comfortable, and well-appointed in terms of the amenities you'd expect from a high-end hotel....

I joined at friend who was staying at the Adobe Rose for a breakfast meeting (as a Tucsonan, I have never stayed here) and was impressed by the beautiful property, delicious breakfast, and friendly hosts. Their willingness to accommodate my request for a vegetarian meal was much appreciated. The flexibility to allow for locals to join lodgers for breakfast is...

We spent four nights in the Atanacia room, stepped out the door in the morning, enjoyed coffee, the sunrise and the cooing of the doves. The Adobe Rose Inn is a slice of tranquility two blocks from the University. The pool was nice. The hot tub is great. There are flowers and native plants everywhere. The full breakfasts are a...

Jim and Marion make this B&B perfect. They are so helpful. Small and intimate surroundings. Centrally located, with eateries within walking distance. You feel like you are visiting with friends at breakfast. The decor is a AZ motif. LOTS of interesting items to look at. Choose the Sam Hughes room.

Staff was very pleasant and the setting is nice. Very close to AU. The only complaint was the mattress. For the amount charged, I'd get something better during a Labor Day sale and put it on a more substantial frame, rather than the metal frame the current mattress is on. Every move in bed was noisy and certainly felt by...

I stayed here for two nights, it was a nice change from big box hotel chains. The location was very convenient, close to the university, within walking walking distance of several restaurants, include Miss Saigon. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice. I would recommend the place, I would stay here again.

I can't say how pleased we were with our stay. The host and hostess,Marion and Jim Hook do a wonderful job and running the bed and breakfast. Very helpful owners who are willing to give directions, advice on places to see and more. They keep the inn very clean and welcoming. The two rooms we rented out were perfect for...
