This is a lovely property. It's set back from the road, on a large property. The grounds are filled with a large variety of desert plants, which were in bloom this time of year and teaming with birds, especially humming birds. Our room was quite large and comfortable. Our king bed offered a good nights sleep. The bathroom was large...

The Westward Look Resort was constructed in the 20's and the vegetation of the grounds show the results of almost 100 years of watering, manicuring, and tender care. Everywhere one looks there is an exotic plant, large tree or shrub or iconic saguaro. Everything is in bloom right now due to a wet fall and spring. The staff is friendly...

Overall it's a beautiful and tranquil resort. Grandchild and grandparent friendly. Good food but a little pricey. Our junior suite was clean and well maintained but I am not sure I would call it a suite. I expected a bigger room for the price. The wild life and plants are amazing and loved the identifying markers. If you love the...

Everything was great except there was an awful sewer type odor that resonated from bathroom the whole 4 days we were there. We were gone most of the time, or we would have changed rooms. Outstanding view and grounds!

Great place to stay. Beautiful area, beautiful room, and all around great place to enjoy family. The main pool is awesome and my daughter loved every minute of it. I do recommend trying to request the rooms around the main pool. The prices are reasonable for the stay and they also have the spa and other amenities on site. I've...

We love Westward Look. We were married there and have stayed many times. This time we were staying because on an emergency in our home. We stayed in a special needs room (177). While there my wife slipped and fell in the shower because of the ver very slippery floor. While there were grab bars, the shower is so large...

Everything was great. The only issue was with the wood furniture and cabinets. The varnish was worn off in spots. Some cabinet doors were dusty and worn. It gave the room a run down feeling.

I have gluten sensitivity and went to the Mother's Day brunch at Westward Look. Because it was a buffet, and because the price was outrageously high ($75 per person), I told the server about my gluten sensitivity and that I only wanted a fruit cup. I also told her the fruit couldn't come from the buffet fruit tray (because of...

My only complaint was that my husband is in a wheelchair and it was difficult getting him from the rooms up to the restaurants. We would have eaten there more if that would have been more accessible. The incline to the restaurants was very steep. Almost impossible for me to push him there. One of the employees helped me the...
