We had a day off in Tucson and were put up at the Sheraton. Getting to the rooms was a bit of an adventure. We had to walk by a whole section of vacant/under construction rooms. It was weird as there was a lot of construction debris and dust everywhere. There wasn't a whole lot of effort put into hiding...

On this business trip I was curious to try out some SPG properties, and since my experience at the Four Points was so horrific I refused to even stay the night, I thought I'd give the Sheraton a try. When I arrived the clerk had an annoying habit of saying, "And with all that said, welcome home to the Sheraton."...

This is a difficult review to write as you will see at my conclusion. The hotel is undergoing renovation. The pros: Large room. Bed comfortable. Separate sink area from toilet and shower. Lots of outlets and built in USB ports. Free wifi. Lots of amenities. Nice interior courtyard. Okay neighborhood. Cons: Noisy from the hallway and we could hear steps...

This hotel is in the process of remodeling so I will overlook some of the deficiencies. Our room was newly completed. It was modern, bright and well lit. The bathroom had excellent lighting, unusual for most hotels, and even had a touch button that lit up the entire mirror. On the negative side, the towels were somewhat dingy and the...

Even paying a dirt cheap holiday weekday price, the ongoing construction noise and lackluster resolution still made a pretty negative impression on our stay, despite the recently renovated rooms which were nicely done. Woken up at 7am each day by forklift beeping, no king size beds as booked available, and a dirty overall location/appearance, sidling the nearby medical center and...

Basically the same as before. I use this hotel because it seems the best for the area of town I need to be in. Bear in mind I've stayed in hotels for 3 nights a week for 30 years so I may be a bit jaded in what I call exceptional. This Sheraton is better than anything near by that...

Was there for a conference. The hotel is undergoing renovation and it was hard to maneuver around the work areas. The upgraded rooms are pretty nice. Was a real trip to get from guest room to the conference center. This might be a pretty nice hotel once the renovations are complete.

If you are a business traveler, or just someone who needs to have internet, stay away. The hotel itself is fine, but the advertised wifi often did not work, and was barely better than dial up when it did. I'm presently in town to visit my family over the thanksgiving holiday. I'm on day 1 of a 10 day reservation,...

The room was spacious and very comfortable. This hotel had one of the best beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. We got an excellent rate that also included the free breakfast buffet. The buffet was very good with a nice variety of food. The hotel was being remodeled but did not disrupt us in any way. The staff...

I would not recommend this hotel. Firstly, they are under construction so the pool is not relaxing at all. The hotel is old. Our room had spots on the chairs and floors. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, cabinets in disrepair. We would have changed hotels however they were all booked. The restaurant was fine. The little gal, Betty was very...
