One of the coolest and most beautiful hotels. The patio is amazing!!! Loved having a celebration of Tequila nightly. Loved every second of my stay. The slides, the pool, the patio, the restaurants, everything! Will definitely return!

I found all I could ask for. Everyone was super nice! Terry at breakfast as well as technicians who passed by to make sure we were happy! Nights around the fire with quesadillas and guacamole were a must! Breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff even prepared me my mexican tortillas to make me feel like home and weather allowed us...

The resort is located in the foothills that are a part of Tucson Mountain Park, which is a beautiful setting. Our room was clean and stylish, with a large bathroom. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, with several dining options, including a Starbucks. (I loved the three types of infused water they offered down by the check-in desk.) We did...

I travel all around the country but this is one of my favorite places to stay. The resort is very nice with beautiful views everywhere you look. The pool area is great for families. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff goes over and beyond to make your stay enjoyable! The Catalina BBQ on property is great too!

Was here for a work conference and wished it was for pleasure. The views from all parts of the resort, sitting up the hills from Tucson make for a stunning backdrop and the cleanliness of the hotel from room to pool to lazy river made relaxing much more enjoyable. Service from the front desk to the room attendants, spa, and...

Lovely JW resort in in desert. Staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. Everything is expensive and lots of staff have hands out (waiting for tips), which annoys me personally. The hotel is large and showing age, but comfortable and clean. Lots to do if you have the time and inclination.

We had several issues during our stay which we would not expect from this class of hotel. These were highlighted to management during and after our stay. We received a personal letter of apology from the Director of Room Operations who kindly gave us generous resolution. Despite the issues this is a place we would consider returning to if we are...

Stayed for 5 nights, attending a conference. Every single interaction with staff screamed "5 star plus". When I say the service surpassed the architectural beauty and surrounding area; I'm completely serious. It was so consistent I asked a young person named Melissa how they do it. Paraphrasing; she said "We're like an orchestra, and everyone does their part, or the...

Hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Enjoyed the Starbucks in the hotel for breakfast. Bartender at the casual restaurant was awesome. Great drinks. Had standard 2 queen room which was a little on the small side for our 2 teens and my husband and myself. Odd storage for clothes. Shower was nice and powerful. Flavored water in lobby was a...
