Because of an apparently new policy regarding dogs in the room my company is evaluating alternatives. On two of the last three La Quinta Inn stays dogs could be heard barking in my room. In one instance I could not sleep because of it.

Thank you for your review and feedback. La Quinta as a brand is very pet friendly and we welcome dogs. However...all pet owners sign an agreement that they will keep their pets supervised and quiet. Please do let us know if there are any noise issues and we will immediately contact the guest with the pet. We do hope to...

Close enough to UA, spotless property, spacious rooms, excellent hot breakfast, wonderful staff - what else is there to offer? I will be back again and again. This place is even close enough to ElCon to hop over and see a movie in our downtime.

Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We love our location and are looking forward to having Abuela's Cocina Mexicana opening in the former Old Pueblo Grille space next door in March. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Great large room but standard air conditioner did not cool bathroom area. Pool area was crowded, loud, and smokey by friends (?) of guests. Lots of unsupervised/rude kids ruined usual relaxing atmosphere. The soft bed was so wonderful we did not want to get out.

Thank you for your review! We are disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay as well. I have discussed with my staff that we need to have a much better presence at the pool to insure that our guests that just want to relax can have that experience. Glad to hear you loved the bed...it's nice to sleep in!...

If you are traveling with kids for a vacation, this is the place for you. If you want a nice quiet restful place, stay away. The room doors bang very loudly and of course, with some rooms you will hear a lot of noise from the pool area.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are definitely at the start of the season where our weekends are busy with families, especially during Easter Holy Week. I have reminded my staff that we need to have more presence at the pool to insure everyone has a great time, yet those that want to can relax.

We booked online. Got to the hotel, Jason M was working at the desk. He was so friendly and kind, upgraded our room at no charge and went out of his way to make us feel valued and appreciated. Thank you, Jason! We loved our stay!!

Have spent 2 different 3-night stays there. Very nice place. We recommend it. Good breakfasts. We like the flavored water they keep on tap. All staff were friendly and helpful. It's not on the edge of an Interstate either.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm disappointed to hear about the experience you had with us as well! This is far from what you should expect while staying with us. I will definitely address each of your concerns with our staff and continue to improve daily.

We arrived 2 hrs earlier since we were coming in from out of state, we forgot their was a time difference, so in reality Tucson time was behind our time. We had a wedding to get ready for and would have been rushing at the last minute to get ready and to go find the place. Your customer service was...

This place is old. Room was large and well laid out. The furniture was stained and disgusting. Breakfast was typical La Quinta. Not bad and they have waffles. Pool area was large and nice. Worthwhile if you can get a good rate.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Our La Quinta was originally the Aztec Inn and built in 1969, so it does have character and larger spaces. However, dirty furniture is not part of our standards. We will definitely follow up on identifying any room that has this issue. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you soon so...
