This will always be my "go to" place to stay when in Tucson. It starts with great hosts, who serve up tasty breakfasts with such interesting guests. We stay in the Bower Room which is detached from the main house with a lovely outdoor area in their beautifully landscaped yard. Located just blocks from the U of A campus and...

We spent a Spring Break weekend in Tucson for the 2nd year. This year we chose the Catalina Park Inn, based on several reviews and the close proximity to 4th Avenue and the downtown restaurant/bar scene. Paul and Mark were the most gracious hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The inn is nicely decorated and...

Paul and Mark run a fabulous B&B. They were very flexible in dealing with us. We arrived early -- no problem. Paul greeted us with warm conversation and our room key. We left very early one morning to catch our flight. Again, no problem--excellent coffee was ready for us at 4 a.m.! Our room was amazingly comfortable and spacious--from the...

Innkeepers Mark and Paul are delightful hosts. They made me feel so welcome. The breakfasts are sublime and oh-so-gourmet! Coffee is available for early risers, as well as ice in the evenings. I stayed in the East Room...the canopy bed is sooo comfortable with lovely linens. A private balcony is a great place to sit after a day at the...

What a wonderful place to land for a few days exploring Tucson. Easy access to the University and downtown, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed in a lovely apartment in the back garden where dogs are allowed. it was quiet, private, and nicely appointed. Paul and Mark are great hosts, their breakfasts are wonderful, and if you...

The house is lovely. I've stayed in several different rooms and they are always cozy and well appointed with large bathrooms, plenty of towels and all the little touches you could want. Breakfast is a highlight and a wonderful way to start your day. The location is perfect for visitors to U of A.

Quality antiques galore, lovable dog (Cubbie), caring owners (Mark & Paul), breakfasts fit for Royalty, fun guests to chat with at breakfast, glorious historic neighborhood to walk thru, easy parking, easy to find, an oasis in Tucson in a neighborhood that I never knew existed (and I have been to Tucson 100's of times over 39 years!).

This review is long overdue! I have stayed at the Catalina Park Inn several times; back when my daughter was attending the UofA (1999-2003), and most recently in January 2016. Mark and Paul are all that I remember: charming, welcoming, a wealth of information on the local area and restaurants - and always an excellent breakfast! With each visit I've...
