Our extended family stayed here over winter vacation and had a wonderful time. We had two casitas: Storm Catcher and Rain Dancer. Storm Catcher easily accommodated a family of four, while Rain Dancer was good for two people. We really enjoyed the peacefulness that comes with staying at this ranch. Beth, the owner, is a wonderful host. The two ranch...

The Fulfers are terrific hosts! If you like "downhome casual friendly" - this is the place. Cozy, secluded, well appointed, and desert beautiful! I can't wait to return! Thankyou for your warm hospitality!

The Casitas at Smokey Springs Ranch provided an excellent "home base" for many activities in the Tucson area. The casita was very comfortable and clean. The location in East Tucson was very convenient and only three miles from the Douglas Spring trailhead. The setting was private and secluded as advertised. Beth and Bob were wonderful hosts. I would not hesitate...

We arrived to 100F heat and as advertised the door to our unit Rain Catcher was open and the unit was very clean and well equipped. We didn't see the owner Beth until day 2 when she dropped by and fortunately she loaned us an umbrella to cope with the aforementioned rain. Our plan for the week was to see...

This year we stayed in Storm Catcher for a week at the start of our holiday. It was the first week in May & we had hoped to find the cacti in full bloom, Unfortunately we missed it by a week or so. What a place to relax & watch the wild life & birds in your back garden. I...

We stayed in the smaller casita which was just lovely, clean, comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. Staying here saves you the trip to the Desert Museum. At breakfast it is a pleasure to watch all the wildlife around you, playing between the numerous saguaro cacti, mesquite trees and bushes. Many nice touches, such as the firewood for the outdoor...

We stayed at the Casitas again this year; we have been coming for a number of years and accommodate our travel schedule to the availability of our favorite casita. This year we stayed in March for a warm week with beautiful sunsets. The casitas are arranged on this ranch site with lots of privacy, set in the beautiful natural setting...

If your idea of a Tucson vacation includes a beautiful, private dwelling in the desert, with all the comforts of home...an outstanding view...location near restaurants and shops yet complete privacy...then you must visit the Casitas. Beth and Bob have lavished loving care on these casitas (Spanish for "little houses"). We stayed in the Desert Sun casita. Great care had been...

Stayed in the Rain Dancer for 2 nights. The Casitas at Smokey Springs Ranch is really a special place. It is located on the far East side of Tucson. The Casitas are scattered over an area of the ranch that is landscaped and very well kept. The Rain Dancer had all the comforts of home. It was very well equipped...

What a wonderful way to stay in Tucson! Beth is such a kind and helpful host. Email communication was easy and casual. You can tell she truly cares about the comfort of her guests. We stayed in Harvest Wind, and it felt like home. The small decorative touches were adorable! I loved the antique hitching post out front. House is...
