Celebrated my husbands birthday at the El Conquistador this week and has a wonderful time. The large pool with amazing mountain backdrop made for a relaxing experience. Service at the pool bar was quick and they had a good lunch menu. Starbucks coffee in the morning hit the spot and the hiking was outstanding. The property is beautiful, room service...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of the Tucson Salsa and Bachata Dance Festival. The hotel is beautiful, the view is beautiful, the rooms are nice. We ate one night at the bar and one night at one the restaurants both had very good service and were reasonably priced. The hotel is located quite far from...

Always enjoy staying at this hotel. Plenty of amenities; restaurant, pool, mountain views and even golf! If you're traveling on business or taking the family for activities this place fits the bill. It's not the most modern you'll find, but the customer service will make up for it!

Stopped at the El Conquistador going and returning from California to Houston in late July, early August. Took a casita for first stay and highly recommend; they are like small one bedroom apartments, away from main building. very nicely done and furnished. No more than a five minute walk up the hill to the main building and restaurants. They had...

Hotel has great location and layout. This will be a gem once the makeover is complete. Facade of pool bar was very worn. Some of the room furnishings were dated. On-site restaurants were good, not great. We were on an "all-inclusive" package and ate very well for the dollar allotment. This is definitely in need of the makeover, but should...

We stayed here about 18 months ago, and if anything, it was even nicer this time. A beautiful resort property with great views, welcoming staff, and good food. They kindly upgraded us to a suite -- the hotel was not full as it's between seasons -- and it was lovely. Very quiet and great for sleeping in! We did not...

We always have the best time here. My daughter can go on your water slide 1000 times and never get tired of it. Great service, great food and drinks. I will definitely be going back soon. I stayed here for a night with a work colleague travelling from Phoenix who taught me how to play golf. I especially appreciated the after-golf cold beers. The spa was nothing short of excellent as I exchanged friendly words with a lawyer turned masseur. Blissful as she managed to wayne away aches and pains in muscles I never knew existed....
