We have stayed at this location several times over the years, due to the location. The facilities are in desperate need of renovation. The bathroom door was "frayed" on the bottom, showing it's age. The sprinkler head in the bathroom was rusted and the bathtub had caulking midway up the wall. Maybe not a huge deal, but for a Hilton...

This property is 30 to 40 minutes from downtown. Great quite location. Has a very secluded feel. Nice pool and above average dinning. Great for business and even better for family vacation with young kids.

I have stayed here for several years playing golf in the area for a week. Overall the resort is quite nice and I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. The restaurants are good - nothing spectacular but solid for a hotel. The rooms are ready for a do over. They are fine but need an update with carpet, etc.-...

The hotel 'forgot' about my booking for a transfer from the airport, and were unwilling to help arrange it for me when I called from the airport. Rooms were neat but old and tired looking. Bathrooms were clean but in desperate need of an upgrade. Most of the day staff were very helpful and pleasant. Best thing about the hotel...

Stayed 8 days in the cassita 1 bedroom suite. Nice & roomy but....... the kitchen etc....it had a coffee maker & a microwave & a kitchen bench with stools plus a dining table & lounge. There were only paper cups for the coffee that you got two, sometimes four if you were lucky, 3 glasses for water & that's it....

This hotel is doing it right! Friendly and conscientious staff goes out of their way. Antonio stood out for being especially attentive to my 94yo mother, giving her rides from the Casita a couple times a day. Bravo for keeping an eye on her and making her feel special!

Good location but tired rooms and lobby. Whole hotel needs to be refurbished. Poor service (my room was never cleaned). The carpet in hallways was ancient. The food was just average in the restaurant.
