Our stay in January was excellent. We had room 128 in the back of the hotel and it was spacious, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the beehive gas fireplace and large bathroom w/hot shower. The hot tub was well maintained, pool was heated, and grounds...More
This was my third stay at Lodge on the Desert.

We stayed at Lodge on the Desert while visiting family. Check in was efficient. We were greeted by a friendly staff and given a brief overview of the hotel and its amenities. Our room was in the a quiet part of the hotel. We had...More

It is 6.1 miles from I-10 or 18 minutes ( numerous lights), but although you are arriving at 10 p.m. I would consider it worth it not only because we enjoyed our stay, but the other hotels were sketchy in that area. Getting outside the U of A area then the hotels get pricey. Also there is a Claim Jumpers restaurant not far from the hotel which was nice for dinner...if you are staying in Tucson and not just passing through the area.
Trail dust town is 5 miles from the hotel and a 10 - 15 minute drive. Our front desk staff can help with direction.
We look forward to seeing you at the Lodge!
