Looks like a fabulous hotel and the rates were reasonable but the staff were snotty. The hotel is showing it's age. One of days the room was not service (no bed makeup, no replacement towels, no emptying waste baskets, etc). The sink stopper would not work even after maintenance replaced it. Good location, nice view but I think the next...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

The Hilton East was a lovely surprise. Caring staff, comfortable room and good facilities. Having come in from a long drive and we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant and it was great! Delicious home made tomato and basil soup, spectacular Rib steak with perfectly cooked vegetables and a wonderful chocolate Grenache dessert. The service was superb. Breakfast was good...

The room was clean the bed was comfortable but best of all the check out time was noon which makes sleeping in an option. Room service menu was reasonable and convenient . I would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in March, 2017, and I found it to be an excellent choice with one exception. The hotel staff, particularly Mr. Rullan, the Front Desk Manager, was very helpful and efficient. The room on the Sixth Floor was very large with a great mountain view. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and I found...

I think the room was adequate, and the staff were very nice. However, the complimentary breakfast is horrible. The eggs were awful. Also, the hotel is soon far from the freeway. Not convenient at all. I should have selected a much more convenient hotel.

Attended a conference for two days. Entire hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Overall hotel and surrounding grounds was very clean. However, it seemed like my toiletries (shampoo /conditioner) had been used. Also, drain in tub was really slow. Location was great lots of shopping and dining options near by.

The hotel was very nice and clean but very dated!! Staff was great very helpful and very considerate. The rooms were very clean but very outdated. The location was nice centrally located for the tripI was on. There were a great number of different restaurants to go to that were very close. The breakfast buffet was very good and the...

The hotel is in a beautiful setting. The rooms and building amenities are very comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome, making sure we had what we needed. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Tucson area.

This hotel seems new and well maintained. My room was large and well furnished. I had a king sized bed and I slept well every one of my 5 nights. The bathroom was very nice except for an awkward layout. It was tough to get by the door and toilet to the shower. That is really my only negative on...

This is a reasonably priced hotel with nice king sized beds and seems like down pillows. I really liked sleeping there. What I had a problem with was the noise from the doors slamming up and down the hallway all night long. It seems the doors don't close softly, they automatically slam. That's good when your not sleeping because then...
