Hilton Tucson East is in need of much renovation. Exterior and grounds are very acceptable for its location. Interior has an old décor for the contemporary atrium. The hallways and rooms seem very worn. I departed after 25 minutes. Value to price not met.

Just little annoying things. No airport shuttle. No free coffee in lobby. Really? Pool skimmer wasn't keeping up. Same old carpeting. Substandard for a Hilton. Close to Sabino 6 miles Just average Priced fairly for whT you get

Booked a king level "executive" room. Several things lacking. Housekeeping staff did poor job cleaning room from previous occupants. Came here on our wedding night. Sooo disappointed. Manager discounted my rate as a form of apology.

The breakfast is fantastic. Very comfortable bedding and towels, and the shampoo and conditioner smell wonderful. Their staff is extremely friendly, and the pool is a great place to relax. Their in room service is very good as well.

We stayed for two nights in March for some relaxation and family time. We used the pool which was pretty nice. We didn't partake in any food and beverage so I cannot comment on that aspect but the rooms and housekeeping dept. did a great job of taking care of us. Plenty of parking and central to where we needed...

Diamond member staying one night. Checked in on app and secured my favorite type of room--corner room at the end of the hall, far away from the elevator. When I arrived, I noticed it changed, so I went to the Front Desk to inquire if another like room was available. I was told the room I was given is what...

Hotel is in need of room upgrades much of the furniture needs to be replaced and carpet needs cleaning or replacing. All of the staff were helpful. Wifi is frustrating and you constantly needs an upgrade.

I booked 1 night a day before we stayed for $81, which became about $100 with taxes. This was a good price for this tired-looking room, in particular the bathroom. On the plus side, the hotel was quiet and you control the a/c.

Looks like a fabulous hotel and the rates were reasonable but the staff were snotty. The hotel is showing it's age. One of days the room was not service (no bed makeup, no replacement towels, no emptying waste baskets, etc). The sink stopper would not work even after maintenance replaced it. Good location, nice view but I think the next...
