I have stayed here three times just this year. As a platinum elite member, this close to platinum lifetime, I like amenities. I used the mobile check in application on my iPhone this time. Was told my room was ready, went to check in and it wasn't. Went about my day, got another text to check in and went back...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the Tucson University Park Marriott. I'm so sorry that we did not meet your expectations as there were obvious service flaws that have been addressed with the staff. It was nice to see that Ricky was able to take care of your issue and I personally thanked him for...

The title outlines a few cool things I realized. While at the Marriott University, I never experienced wildness, loudness, or the such. Seeing how the hotel is located steps from U of A and has attendees doing visits for multiple reasons, you may assume the opposite. But this just isn't true! The hotel was pleasant, quiet but busy with a...

The Marriott is a great choice as far as location and comfort when visiting the University of Arizona. Beware however of the fact that their courtyard is noisy and that, depending on the location of your room, that you will hear the noise coming from their bar and restaurant.

Well I stayed here for the weekend and I was not happy with this place. Overall the hotel was really nice, the room was cleaned and nicely updated and a restaurant was nearby if one would need it. However, I have paid for hotels that were less expensive and have been completely satisfied. My biggest issue was WiFi. The only...

Thank you for filling out a review of our hotel. It is a Marriott full service standard to charge for the Wi/Fi and we have that listed on our web site. Marriott has several brands that offer free internet service such as Courtyard , Fairfield Inn and Residence Inn to name a few. A good rule of thumb to check...

I spent two days here while attending a conference. The lobby décor is very nice with a "babbling brook" water feature. My room was very clean and tidy. I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in the dining room...very affordable. My servers for breakfast and dinner were so friendly and attentive. In fact, all of the employees were the best! Barbara was...

I stayed here for one-night while visiting my daughter at the U of A in March 2014. The decor is tired and clearly is not up to traditional Marriott standards. As you can see from the photos, the furniture was chipped and damaged, and the faucets in my room did not work well at all. I will say that the...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our hotel. We have changed out the faucets in the room you stayed in which we do on a regular basis. This hotel is scheduled for renovation next year when much of the furniture will be replaced. Thanks again for your comments because it gives us an opportunity to...

This is a standard Marriott hotel with an internal atrium and very comfortable rooms. No surprises, which I value on short business trips. The gym is small, but in excellent order with machines that work well. The bed and room were quiet. Check in/check out was efficient, and the breakfast was in the atrium and hit the spot.

The hotel has a charming lobby with a stream flowing under a bridge that fascinated my 3-year-old. It has an open floor plan so you can look down into the lobby from any floor level. We were upgraded to the concierge level which offers a lounge where they served a wonderful breakfast with an attentive server and offered snacks later...
