The bed was great, but that was about all. The bathtub had been painted and the paint was peeling. The cover to the overflow was missing, leaving an ugly gaping home in the tub. The peephole in the hall door was stuffed with toilet paper! The sliding glass door sticks and screeches. It's OK for the money, but it sure...

Fortunately, we were only booked here for one night. This property desperately needs to be remodeled. Everything about our room was old; the wall outlets wouldn't effectively hold a power cord in place to recharge our electronics. The bedding was very old and kind of threadbare. Won't come here again.

First, we made a mistake to stay here during the annual Rock and Gem Show. This motel ( and many others in Tucson) was taken over by the show. It was impossible to find parking. We had to park in a mud filled lot away from the motel. We were told there would be no breakfast served. And then- there...

Me and my family were driving thru Tucson and decided to get a room at this hotel since we stayed at the Quality Inn Phoenix and we had a great experience. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience. When we pulled up to the hotel, my husband got off to get a room and our mini van got surrounded by...

Our check in clerk, Christina, was a wonderfully cheerful woman. We had a small issue with the keys, but after that was fixed, things were okay. Overall hotel, there are some smelly areas. The hallways were kept around 80 degrees, which is really warm (for me, anyways). We didn't know the hot tub/spa was not functioning, which was the main...

Pro; It appears to be in the process of being updated. The shower was nice and tall, curtains modern with pretty granite backboards, wonderful water pressure and plenty of hit water - ceramic tile bathroom floor. Updated furniture, flat screen television. Air conditioner worked great and was quiet. Appears freshly painted (but some scuffs). Breakfast was okay (not stale) and...

Was a little skeptical about using this hotel for an event but they came through. I think they must be revamping and working to make things better. The customer service was great. They really worked with us to provide things we needed and were fair about it. This is a hotel with low rates and you shouldn't expect Egyptian linen...

Trying to find a wheelchair accessible room with a roll-in shower is like finding a needle in a haystack, sometimes. Drove through Tuscon and when I stopped, every hotel was full so had to head back to Tuscon. A sister hotel called the Quality Inn on Starr Pass Blvd. and we were assured of a roll-in shower, w/a room. I...

Stayed here with a friend and the place looked tired. The desk person was nice other than the announcement of my room to everyone there. Your in room 142, 142 is around the back. Was surprised that there we no bugs in the room or in the bed. The fence around the parking lot is broken or missing in several...
