Service was great! The room was superb, and I love having a full refrigerator and stove with ice in the freezer. I was impressed with the breakfast. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the parking fee ($5). Desiree was awesome. She’s the queen of information.

The motel was in a nice location. The room was very spacious. Everything you need. Only downfall was having to pay so much for parking and the pool was small. Jacuzzi was broken. the beers in the fridges by the front counter were very expensive. Other than that you couldn't have more friendly staff that were very helpful in finding us some places to eat and things to do.

I felt like more than just a guest from the staff while staying a more extended period of time than most guests typically do. I could see that this hotel did this to all their guests. Going above and beyond would be an understatement, Sonesta should serve as the standard within the business.

We spent 13 nights at this hotel. One afternoon we had a flyer put under the door telling us that the water would be cut off the next day for about 5 hours. Okay things happen, and we made plans to be gone at that time. Later in our stay a large group of parents and children stayed there for somekind of Football thing. It costs $35.00 a day to park at the hotel. We went out for dinner, when we came back the road in front of the hotel was closed and we could not go to where we were suppose to take our car to the valet. This football group was having a party in the street. No notice was given to us about the road being closed. We drove around and found out that we were suspose to come in the back way, again no one told us about this. Later in our stay, about 30 unsupervised children were running around the hotel about 1:00 in the morning, they pulled the fire alarm. The day we left, we flew out later in the day, so I asked if we could have a late checkout. They let us check out one hour later, but we were told if we wanted longer we would have to pay $50.00 more. It seems to me after staying 13 nights and the things that went on, some adjustment could have been made. Also, they do not clean your room on a regular basis, we had to ask for toilet paper, kleanix, towels etc through out our stay. I think they could have done better.…

Marcia the Sales Manager and Dusty the GM went above and beyond to make sure our event exceeded all expectations! They held a mixer, celebrated team member’s birthday's, provided refreshments and catering every day of our conference! Dusty even offered his private record collection and turntable for our entertainment! Great people all around!

The entire staff went above and beyond what was expected to ensure our stay was comfortable. Using the conference rooms was so convenient and they again stepped up to ensure we had everything we needed, from food to IT support. Great prices with excellent service. #Rockstars

Fantastic staff!! Stayed for the week for a business meeting and the staff couldn’t have been nicer! They’re friendly, accommodating and treated us like gold. Huge, comfortable room. Really decent fitness room. Excellent location within easy walking distance to the Alamo and River Walk. This hotel is a winner and was a real find! Highly recommend and again, I can’t say enough positive things about the staff. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

What a phenomenal week! We had our entire team (25 of us) here for a conference and not only was it economical, but filled every need we had…and then some. Dusty and his staff went way way way above and beyond to ensure it was a wonderful visit. We were not treated as customers…we were treated as family. Was truly amazing!
