Just very underwhelming property overall - nasty pool, unclean common areas, old decor, motel-sized bathrooms - just not quite the Omni experience I've seen in the past. I've stayed at Hampton Inns that were nicer than this place. We also had a bad experience with a manager on Saturday night. We just needed a table to play cards and were kicked out of the breakfast area - we had no problems the nights before.
Always have enjoyed hotel and go at least once a year, this year was considerably better with the remodel, Covid has taken its toll on so many and they are no exception but have done a good job of keeping as much open as they can Don’t skip this one for a weekend getaway
Won't be staying here again. Price was good but the walls are thin and can hear everything in the room next door on both sides of us. Sheets were not new but the staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Very disappointed considering this is an Omni chain hotel
Stayed here two nights for a work seminar. The hotel was in a great location with food and shops nearby. The staff at the front desk was not very friendly, but the staff during the seminar were great. We were spaced out well at the seminar and it was very nice. The website said the pool and gym were closed for COVID, so I didn't bring gym close or swimsuit, but when I got there both were open, so I was disappointed in that.
The checkin went smoothly and we were offered a upgrade. The room smelled musty and slightly like mildew we assume due to no vents in the bathroom, but as we were only there at night we used a small room diffuser and stayed. The outside lap pool was dirty and there was garbage at the bottom. Upon packing to leave, There were ants on the floor that got into my clothes. When we told the person at check out. We were just told, off hand-idly, sorry about that and she would let housekeeping know. This was a disappointing stay.
