Very Nice stay, everyone was friendly. Loved how close the hotel was to the Riverwalk. We went to see our daughter graduate from AIT, this hotel was about 15 min from Fort Sams. Loved the valet parking and the friendly attendants.

This hotel is absolutely a steal for the price! The lobby is beautiful and the staff is amazing! From the valet who even open the door for you getting out of an Uber to the front desk who literally do their best to accommodate your needs. Special shout-out to Seiah who is made magic happen for us and was clearly a woman of answers to her associates. Also Mayela was was the sweetest! The rooms were great and again for the price you couldn’t beat it. The area is a quick ride 8 min ride to downtown and easy 14 min walk. And because I do believe in constructive criticism the one thing I would suggest is vacuuming the hallways better. I visited 3 floors visiting associates and they were all in pretty bad shape. Other than that we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for the great experience and comfortable stay…

We had a view of the pool however at this time of the year it was empty, no swimmers. Very friendly wait staff yet not intrusive. We had a great stay. The hotel states that it is on the riverwalk and while that is true, it is not on the active part of the riverwalk. It is in the section that the boats use to go to the garage. Yet, it is a nice walk to the activities.

Comfy room that was well sized, lovely valet staff and check in staff. Only complaint comes with the TV… no normal channels and really really basic selection to choose from. Hotel is placed perfectly on the riverwalk and also not too far from the Alamo!

Our presidential suite was very nice and accommodating, the jacuzzi tub was my faborite part. Luis was quick and friendly when getting our car. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and perfectly suited our needs. It was close to many of the places we wanted to visit including The Riverwalk. The coffee shop had an excellent latte and their restaurant The Gavel was also good.

After having a terrible experience at a hotel outside of downtown we found river walk plaza and from the start the whole staff was welcoming and very understanding of what we had previously went through! I felt completely safe at this hotel and using the daily valet service they really went out of their way to car for my vehicle. Frank was my valet guy 99% of the time I was there and he really made sure that we knew that he was watching out for a vehicle! My kids loved their lobby there was so much fun to do for them. Overall I would 100% recommend and stay here again!

The Entire Wedding Weekend was an Experience of a Lifetime! The Executive Apartment Suite was Phenomenal! The HOUSE on Clay Street was Off The Charts!! The service from Check In to check out was professional, courteous and helpful. I especially wanted to applaud Jay Moore for his excellent customer service. Jay went above and beyond to make certain that the Wedding Weekend was Everything and More! Jay’s attention to detail and make it happen work ethic was more than impressive! My kids tagged along on this work trip and the Riverwalk Plaza Hotel did not disappoint! We were located near so many fun things to do and see like the ripleys museum and great restaurants. We felt very safe walking around and playing in the game room/lobby. As a single mom, travel with two young kids can be stressful but the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt it was a success but in business and family time.
